Location was great! Having the restaurant, bar and outdoor pool was nice. We booked a suite and we felt like we were in a dark basement. There was a very small window with view of a roof. The carpet and furniture were very worn with stains. Paint was peeling in areas. The bathroom was tiny. Some updates would really help!

Very kind front staff. Property somewhat shabby and could use upgrades. Excellent location on University campus so it was very convenient.

I liked how everything was close by. I love the people here. great community. Perfect location for a hotel. Plus the only catholic church we found was across the street. Not that I'm catholic but my wife is. lol

I was there for a wedding and everything was superb.

Loved our stay. The only complaint we had, was that the room lacked the now common power outlets with easy access on the nightstands.

Large room with separate living room and bedroom. Very clean. My wife never goes bare foot in hotels but she has in this one!

Everything was perfect from the arrival to departure. Staff was welcoming and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel Capstone is conveniently located on the university of alabama's campus. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant, Legends. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. Check in was quiet and staff is very friendly. Our room was very clean and comfy but the bathroom was small. Would definitely stay here again!

Was there for Bama gymnastics camp which was right across the street so we could walk

Beautiful property that needs a little bit of care in a few areas as itnis an older building but as a whole, it is full of southern charm. Roll Tide!

Great location to campus

Quick check in. Pleasant staff. I had called ahead and asked for a rollaway to be in the room as we were not expected to arrive until midnight. It wasn’t there, but they were relatively fast in getting it to the room
