The parking lot it terrible. But you can walk right across the street for food. The front desk girl was faking sneezing after I brought my dog in and stood by the door while I’m husband filled out paperwork so that was annoying. The room was okay and the balcony was nice but you had to paid for breakfast if you wanted it and our bathroom was gross. The bottom of the tub was very discolored the bathroom definitely had some type of flood because there was water damage everywhere and that pink bathroom mold all in the grout. Pool was fun though.

Room was great and clean. The pool was another story. The water was so dirty that you couldn’t see the bottom of the pool. The hot tub was almost completely empty, like a foot of water in it. I talked to one staff member who was not helpful so I had to go tell front desk about the issue. Couldn’t really use either which my kids were sad about

Room and washroom layouts were well thought out . Travellers need layout space for things . Hotel was a bit spartan , but all things you need were there .

We stayed for a dance competition, it was a busy hotel with many other sports teams, but the rooms were very quiet despite how full it was, the restaurant was good, if you can get breakfast included it would be nice as its a pretty standard hotel breakfast that is a bit $$ if paying out of pocket.

Good restaurant, buffet is expensive for a family if youre not a member. Rooms were good, very sound proof

Restaurant service in the bar was great, did not have breakfast there. Beds have soft top which was a bit too soft for us. Good selection of pillows.

The spa and pool were great but needed better signage for jets. The bath tub faucet in our room was loose.

I was there to watch the women's world curling and found myself with some time to kill around 2 pm. As I was on holidays I thought I'd visit the pub before I got a cab downtown to a concert, the staff at the pub seems happy to see me at first but after I had my second beer I kinda felt ignored. Told them I would get some food later , but It seems I was bothering them. A few beers and a meal quietly myself, I didn't think would be an issue.. I'm went there for a holiday, not to feel as though I was breaking the law...
