It was a very pleasant stay. No complaints.

The staff were courteous. The room was very well appointed it was clean. I had a great day.

The spa and pool were great but needed better signage for jets. The bath tub faucet in our room was loose.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful. The shower was sometimes warm rather than hot. The a la carte breakfast options were good, but the buffet was a bit short on options.

I was there to watch the women's world curling and found myself with some time to kill around 2 pm. As I was on holidays I thought I'd visit the pub before I got a cab downtown to a concert, the staff at the pub seems happy to see me at first but after I had my second beer I kinda felt ignored. Told them I would get some food later , but It seems I was bothering them. A few beers and a meal quietly myself, I didn't think would be an issue.. I'm went there for a holiday, not to feel as though I was breaking the law...

Staff were great, bed was super comfortable, restaurant was okay with really great staff. Room layout was good but needs a bit of updating to make this five star. The location is really convenient with easy access to major roads. Great place to stay.

Restaurant on site has good food and service. This hotel is a quick exit if heading west out of the city on #1 highway. Liquor store within walking distance. Lots of parking although Friday/Saturday nights can be full.

Stayed in the executive suite and LOVED it. Super clean, extremely comfortable and the staff were great! This was a surprise for my partner and they were so accommodating with my sister and I coming early to set up gifts and decorations in the room. Overall a 10/10 experience
