From start to finish this hotel was winning. Easy to park, drop off, luggage carts readily available at the entrance. Contemporary vibe, upbeat and pleasant staff. So friendly and accommodating. Great dining options for lunch and dinner in One Bistro. We had a great lunch with an attentive server, my spicy coconut margarita was yummy and perfectly prepared. We were early as trying to beat traffic off the Cape and they offered us early check in with an upgrade! Our room was incredibly quiet, clean, and so spacious! Our stay ended at their delicious breakfast buffet in Zachariah’s. Great selection of fruit, breakfast breads, eggs, breakfast meats, pancakes and a pretty awesome omelet station that also served waffles and smoothies! The chef was friendly and entertaining and once again our server was excellent. Check out was as easy as check in! No negatives to report

The Four Point Sheraton is a great place to stay, the staff is very friendly and accomodating. There are great restaurants on premise. The pool and gym are great.

Clean and great staff

From the moment we walked in we were greeted and welcomed by staff.The women that checked us in was so sweet and kind, she gave us parking pointers for the concert we were going to.

Clean, comfortable, both restaurants were delicious. Front end staff could use some customer service skills not very welcoming and it was a turn off to start off they way thankfully everything else was wonderful and the restaurant staff.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Norwood. The staff were incredibly friendly. The room was well-kept and comfortable. The amenities were great (especially the hot tub!).

Great place to stay when going to Gillette stadium. It clean, easy to uber from and the staff are great!!

Spacious comfortable room. Pool and jacuzzi is always taken cared of and the breakfast is awesome.

Great room and convenient

This impeccably maintained property was surrounded by a serene wooded area with a stream and bridge. The hotel was updated , clean , quiet with attentive front desk staff. The next event we attend at Gillette Stadium, we will be visiting you again! Nice job , keep up the good work!

I shouldn’t say that the hotel was bad because it was very nice. My issue was with the hostess in the one restaurant. The first night there, she barely acknowledged us, when I said excuse me, she rolled her eyes at us. I had hoped it was just a bad day. The next night, she wouldn’t even seat us. Even though there were plenty of tables, she told us to just go wait by the bar and order there while standing. Not sure what her issue was, but it was inexcusable.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Four Points in Norwood! We were greeted by an extremely friendly and cheerful staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable and modern. We were especially impressed with the breakfast service and food spread complete with omelet and waffle stations. May and Lilliana treated us like family and never stopped smiling and offering to get us anything we needed. Thank you
