very convenient location. U2, nice restaurants, grocery store, bakery and etc are available in minutes. Will come back again!

Good size super clean & quiet room. Lift was useful. Also. a sizable bathroom with shower over the bath. Bar area felt like sitting in a dentist waiting room so we didn't go there. Not far for the underground so great for cutting around town.

Very clean and modern hotel

I stay at this hotel regularly since it’s in the neighborhood I used to live in and I genuinely really like this hotel. The beds are super comfortable, the rooms are quiet and modern. The staff is always exceptional. My only critique: The smell from the pipes in the bathroom is very bad - I understand this comes from city pipes but i’m sure something can be done about it. It’s really hard to tolerate, especially in rooms that don’t have a closed off bathroom. This same smell happens almost every time I stay here. Additionally, there were a lot of things that needed improvement in my room - The curtains were very dirty, as was the lampshade. The towel hanging radiator in the bathroom was very rusty and I didn’t want to put my towels to dry on there. I really hope this hotel listens to this feedback because I would love to keep coming back.

Excellent hotel in good area to explore Hamburg from

Friendly staff and nice hotel, but didn't like that the bathroom was only separated by a glass wall from the room. Next time need to be careful about the room type.

Too noisy on the side of the hotel we stayed in

The area is good lots of restaurants and pubs around the area. Public transportation is also nearby the hotels. Hotel room is a bit small, after showering the place is flooded.
