Good price, great views...hvac system needs complete overhaul. The suite was 88F, called front desk and maint never did show up...fixednit myself.

The hotel denied check in. Room was booked for an employee. Hotel was asking physical credit card for check in the guy didn’t have it. Hotel should have charged security on the credit card that was used for booking. Guest chose to walk away instead. Terrible experience. Seeking refund for the booking

Clean. Quiet. Nice.

Tv was put all night and ice machines are only on even number floors yet are elevator keycard dosnt allow us to access those floors would never stay there again

The room liked tired and the bathroom tub had a massive area where the ceramic has come away it looks awful actually to be honest. The toilet seat was loose . The bed was comfy and the view was great!

The lady at the front stayed back and put in a double shift because the night shift called in sick. That says a lot about how much they care about their customers. She was super friendly and was very helpful.

Staff was nice and room was clean.

Room was comfortable and very quiet. Curtains blocked out all light. Shower was nice and hot.

I spent extra to stay here for the pool only to find out that it was closed for maintenance which was annoying. Otherwise it was fine.
