Quick check in & out. Friendly staff.

Its right by the airport, so getting up at 4am and walking the 8 mins to T1, or the 11 mins to T3 is a breeze

The room was not soundproofed in that the air conditioning unit above my room kept me awake. I raised the matter with reception who went to my room whilst I ate at their restaurant, they couldn’t hear anything (despite 3 of us occupying the room saying otherwise). I was offered an alternative room, which was declined as we’d settled in already. Unfortunately I only got about 3 hours sleep. At their restaurant, you can’t order bar food items, such as pizza, and eat that in the restaurant yet their children’s buffet offers pizza. My husband and I literally sat at separate tables eating our food of choice. I was disgruntled about that and staff said “they are the rules.” I’ll choose a different hotel when flying from Manchester again.

Great hotel, nice cocktails, easily walkable from the airport (terminal 3 and 2). Staff on the front desk were lovely. And a welcome cookie is always good.

Easy, convenient and close to airport terminals

Excellent stay 2 adults 3 kids. Spacious clean rooms, lovely breakfast and very attentive and pleasant staff.

Came for a two night stay to attend a two day conference. The hotel was perfect for my needs. Short walk from the train station. Comfortable, quiet and clean room. With absolutely delightful Staff! Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again

Great access to airport

Found a parking space easily which is impressive for an airport hotel. Check in was friendly and prompt. Room was clean and as expected the hotel is just a bit tired now and the decor is starting to show it's age.

I've stayed here twice now and always very good.

The hotel was perfect for what we wanted. Only the service in the restaurant and the restaurant menu let it down. The waiter was surly, slightly rude to my wife (we noticed him ignoring a woman in favour of a man on another table, so it wasn’t just us). Also, I asked about allergens as I’m gluten intolerant, but they hadn’t got a clue and there were no gluten free options on the menu. Given the choices locally, I probably wouldn’t stay again

Very good stay again at this hotel. Very clean, quiet, friendly staff, very comfortable rooms. Stay here every year and keep coming back.

A uninspiring menu, an over expensive burger and a parking charge of £17 makes this Hilton a totally unremarkable experience.
