I didn’t stay here I was charged for wrong property and they wouldn’t transfer so I had to pay twice at the correct hotel and Expedia still haven’t gotten a refund.

Everything was excellent except for breakfast. Breakfast was cold and the waffle iron was not working due to some electrical issue. Other than that hotel was excellent.

Having a shower with grab bars was great. Location was great for walking our dog.

TINA!!!! The breakfast lady was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! She was such a joy and brightened our day each morning. It is very apparent she loves her job.

Restaurant next door was very loud. Tough to get a night's rest with bumping music until 12am. Paid parking when parking arms are broken is a scam. There were 5-6 cars without hang tags in the lot the next morning. I felt like i got scammed for another $15. you should bake that into your room cost and take it off for those who arrive by taxi. Bathroom layout feels cramped when it doesn't need to be. doors which fold and hit each other makes it tough for more than one person to be in the bathroom at a time. Peaches at Breakfast, was a very nice lady and made us feel welcomed to Jacksonville.

There were large roaches in the elevator. Staff never said they would only clean the room every other day. When I called when it wasn’t done I was told they would be out there. They never came…twice. I went 3 days without a room cleaning and fresh towels.

Very nice room and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good with many items to choose from.
