We were given a room near the front desk where the phone was ringing on a regular basis, making it difficult to sleep. When we asked the desk person if we could get a different room, he said we were out of luck because we booked through Hotels.com. It wasn't until we made him call his manager that we at least got a loud fan (for white noise) so we could sleep through the night. This experience left us with a very negative feeling toward the Hampton Inn brand. We've had good experiences with several Hampton Inns, but this has left us thinking the Brand is not reliable.
