Beds were extremely comfortable and the breakfast was what you’d expect it to be. I’d stay here again.

We were greeted promptly and were soon in our room. It was very tastefully decorated. The mattress was so comfortable I think I was asleep the minute my head hit the pillow (which were so soft as well!) and slept a solid 7 hours. Breakfast was scrumptious, many options and the vanilla malt waffles were delicious! All staff were so friendly. Checkout easier than check in, which means it took 2 seconds! The location is right off the interstate and was just a hop and skip to Chiefs camp. Highly recommend!

The team at Hampton Inn was excellent. They made us feel welcome and helped us with anything we needed. My nephew left his stuffed animal in the room and they got it for us and kept it until we could get back over. They even included a little snack with his stuffie saying it had gotten hungry. The room was clean however the scent they used was pretty strong. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

Parking was taken up by a large motor home and big trucks hauling stuff. Be cause those vehicles take numerous spaces, parking was non-existent for cars

Staff and facilities were excellent. Shower was great. Worried by evening road noise on Frederick but it quieted down by bedtime.

Nice room, close to everything

An overnight o a longer trip. Great location, helpful staff, clean, and spacious.

Hampton can do better, I've stayed at many of them and this was the most run down of any of them. The room felt muggy, the bedding and pillows felt wet even though the a/c was set to 70. This hotel just needs some TLC to get back up there. Morning breakfast was good and staff was friendly!

The floor in the room was moist, and there was no shower curtain.

The Check in time was all the wAY wrong. THe itinurary didnt have a time on it for check in. I needed the room at 11 pm they would not let me check in or refund i needed the room for that evening. I specifically booked to have a stay with a pool and hot tub only to learn that they both are closed this evening for maintnance. No where did expedia or hampton say this. The ice machine on the fourth floor is out of ice......and there are no laundry facilities or bags for the soiled laundry. the staff is not welcoming or nice if your a local poor choice horrible stay

Very old property and not very well cared for

Great place. The Lady at the front desk when I checked in, I believe her name was Kelsey, was friendly. Made me feel like I was walking into a welcome home. Room was bigger than I expected. Breakfast was a good buffet. I plan on returning next year when I attend the Bluffwoods Renaissance Festival.

Staff was kind of hotel was clean. Only downside was that pool was closed for maintenance.

Dated but clean

Arrived at close to 4 pm and had to wait to get into the room as housekeeping hadn't cleaned it yet. We were on a tight time schedule so this was inconvenient. However, front desk staff was very welcoming and apologetic. The room was very clean. Hallways and stairways needed carpet replacement or cleaning

Check in was easy with very friendly staff. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Mattresses were wonderfully firm!:)

My deadbolt does not work!!!!! The place is sold out and they won’t comp anything because booked through a third party! Does my trip insurance cover this? I am a single woman traveling alone

It was a great location off the interstate and had plenty of shops to explore close by.

Older hotel. Overpriced

I like the fact that property was close to the Interstate and had adequate parking.
