Very unfriendly staff, got stuck in a basement room for some reason, and the lock to our door broke and we were out of our room until 11pm without any offer of compensation

Staff is courteous and polite. However our washroom toilet needs replacement.

I enjoyed my stay on the most part, however it was a bit noisy with kids running to the ice machine, I am gusssing, on the first night. The toilets are very low off the ground, however they functioned well. Parking was great, staff were great, the Keg was good offering breakfast buffet or menu and exceptional dinner dining. Candace at Red Earth is great at giving facials, pool was great too!

Staff was friendly. Shuttle to Lake Louise Ski Resort was amazing.

Stunning hotel. Staff were friendly and professsional. The room was on the small side, but not an issue when all you're doing is sleeping in it. Well equipped and clean. Parking is brilliant, the underground car park was a good idea. Although if you have a bigger vehicle that won't fit you could struggle to find somehwere nearby. On site restaurant is exceptional. Other facilities there are good, didn't use the spa so can't comment on that.

The hotel overall was clean however it’s in desperate need of an upgrade. I booked a loft suite and the wallpaper was peeling off the wall, the jetted tub looked gross and the room was hot even with no heat and both windows upstairs and downstairs open - it was snowing outside and cold. Staff was lovely

Pet friendly, our dog got a bed, water bowl, toy and treats!

Our room was not cleaned properly prior to checking us in. The tub had dirt and hair in it, and the sink had toothpaste dried all over it. The sheets were not changed. After notifying front desk they sent someone up with a rag and cleaning spray who cleaned the tub/sink. They did nothing about the sheets.. We had to wait until the next morning to ask one of the cleaners to please change over the bedding. Front desk did not seemed concerned about this at all.we will not be staying at this location again.

Room furnishings are tired. No robes. Nice bathrooms. Checkin forgot to give us our restaurant voucher. Long walk to downtown.

Terrible service, room with no window or view and no room service unless complaint is made

There was hair in the tub when we first arrived. The shower curtain needed to be replaced. The shower head was set really low and not adjustable, so hard for taller people to use. The bed frame wasn't anchored to the wall and there were huge holes where the nails were supposed to be. There were no welcome snacks or extra toiletries (Q-tips, cotton puffs). The mini fridge was so cold it froze our stuff. However, the linens were clean and the theme of the room was warm and cozy. The hair and skin care products (Rocky Mountain) were amazing as usual. The spa was nice overall, and the massages were amazing, but the geisha tub was too tiny to really relax in for two people. The underground parking is a disaster. Really tiny spaces, under construction, and a lot of spots pooled in mud puddles. The staff were really lovely throughout the facility, and overall a good experience!

We just stayed at this lodge for a week and it has been great! The hot pool and sauna is a nice touch after a long day of hiking and exploring Banff and the mountains! Things to consider if you are thinking of staying here: - Rooms oddly do not have a microwave! The staff downstairs will warm up your leftovers but just something to consider. It will cool down before you get back up to your room lol. - If you don’t have a car, it’s a decent walk to the downtown area, it is definitely not the closest lodge to the core of Banff. The first few days is fine to walk but eventually it’s inconvenient if you want to go back to the lodge quick or drop bags off. If you have a car there’s a few free parking areas in the core. But again, it’s one thing I wished we considered a bit before booking. - Staff were friendly and everything was clean! They did their best to accommodate a late check out for us! Pretty decent lodge overall and I’d recommend. I wouldn’t say it is luxury but if you’re looking for a safe clean lodge with friendly staff and just have a place to sleep, you’ll be happy with your stay here!! - There isn’t really a cafe downstairs or anything so for morning coffees you’ll have to walk to another lodge. Theres a Keg here but I’d skip it and try one of the many amazing cafes and breakfast spots downtown!!

We fully enjoyed our stay. The staff was kind enough to allow us to check in early and stay and hour later. I would be happy to stay again

No hot water like 3-4 hours; not sound proof. You can hear people walking in the hallways.
