A good stay worth it’s price

I extended my stay another 2 days and they insisted that I leave another deposit when there was already a deposit for the room. When asking questions to better understand their policy I was basically threatened to be kicked out if I didn’ personally go to their office for processing… she kept yelling at me which was the most upsetting. I don’t recommend that hotel it’s just that bad

Simi dirty room house keeping doesn't believe in cleaning baseboards. Or the walls. Plastic peices in the comforter. Overhead lights not working. Countertops cracked.

My stay would have been better if the staff better understood their guests and refrain from treating them with such disrespect. No one likes to be yelled at as a guest arriving from outside of Colorado. Really all stems from a request for a deposit when the Expedia websites specifically states that a deposit is not required if you pay fully when booking.

Well the laundry room very dirty and outdated and also I have to go to front desk every time I have to open the door

The staff was friendly but the room was dirty. Sheets had blood stains on them. Tv remote was DISGUSTING and soo crusty. Shower floor looked like it had poop on it.

BEWARE ALL! The staff will tell your car even when you follow all of their rules. They play nice but they are not

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! THEY WILL TOW YOUR CAR EVEN IF YOU FOLLOW THE RULES!!!!!!! NIGHT MANAGER IS A NASTY (attitude ) PERSON. No help

It was dirty and the front desk lady was rude and tried to tell me I had to pay again without even looking for the paperwork

All of the front desk staff is super nice and very helpful. They made my stay very enjoyable. The property has convenient rates and is more than sufficient for what you pay. I did enjoy it

my room was not cleaned well at all. Tons of hair in the shower and in the microwave and fridge. The two rooms next room me had at least 5 kids and two adults and it was very very noisy. The blankets didn't appear to be very clean. When I spoke t0 the front desk they didn't appear ti be surprised about it.

AC was leaking water all over the floor and it was reported but nobody ever came in to check and even asking for an extra towel as we had 3 people they would only provide 2 towels. not the greatest experience won't stay there again

Kept getting locked out my room toilet kept stopping up and the TV goes in and out in the room right next to the office. It's been about a week and I still haven't gotten my deposit back

The person behind the counter was super great! The place feels run down but at least Laundry was available and working good so this was the best part of the visit. I will admit the room was clean just a simple table and chairs. Nothing fancy but it gets the job done.
