Very friendly! Made it as simple as it could be!

I like everything

This place had good reviews on it. It also had photos that showed a kitchenette. The first room I was in smelled horribly of cigarette smoke and I moved to a different room the next day which was much better. The stovetop in each room did not work. The complex was full of sketchy people. Not a place I would recommend, you get what you pay for.

Would not stay here again. The room smelt like mold, the other guests were always noisy and the elevator smelt like drugs. All in all I felt completely unsafe there.

I left my overalls hanging in the bathroom. Called back later that day, no one turned them in. I called the next day. Nothing. There was a set of eye lashes stuck on the wall above the dining table.

They got bed bugs

No cups or dishes or silverware..other than that not bad

I wouldnt stay here again if my life depeanded on it. Dirty, dirty , dirty. Inside and out. The employees couldnt seem to figure it out. Had trouble with the tv the front desk told me to call direct tv?? Never got room service. Room wasnt clean when we got there. Crack heads every where. Including staff.

Nice affordable

The personnel at the desk were very nice. However, the condition of the hotel and rooms did not come close to matching. I had to sign and initial a 2-page document and give a deposit that exceeded the cost of my stay. The location is one where I didn't feel real safe and I would not recommend anyone stay here unless you had no other choice.

when we got to the room it was in the far back of the building near dumpsters that were unusually close to the building and there were people digging in the dumpster pulling out clothes and other objects. we asked to switch rooms the front desk said we can't because of booking with a third party (Expedia.com). I tried to cancel the reservation however it would not let me because the check in time had passed. I booked the room around 7pm and check in that day was 11am. not knowing that would be and issue had we ran into problems. the room was dusty, the floor looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in some time it smelled of various body fluids, the shower was very nasty. we had to keep that room because of Expedia.com 140.00 I'm out because we had to stay somewhere and ended up getting a different room at the same place and it was more money per night. I'm disappointed, appalled, and would like to get a refund of some sorts.

The property was very convenient for my purposes.

Trash was everywhere, security doors were broken, sheets were stained, floors and counters not wiped down, bath faucet leaked with mold behind the cabinet and the kitchen light didnt work.
