Basic safe hotel at a good low rate. If you just need a bed and a shower, this is a good choice. The room does aldo have a large fridge and microwave, small.kitchen area but no kitchen items.

It was a run down dirty place! My reservation through Expedia was not made yet I was charged so I had to pay and ask for a refund through Expedia! The hotel looks like it was housing homeless people, unsafe place

This property is the most unacceptable to be listed on any website for the public. There are properties that accept Wlelfare vouchers and this is one of them. The condition of the room was the worst Ive ever seen. The bathroom ceiling is covered with black mold that they tried to paint over (not recently), walls with horrible patch work, star wars stickers on the door, fridge and bed frames, microwave was burnt, door sweep was made of black tape. We were there for 30 mins and someone knocked that selling phones. Hallways were covered in cigarette butts, trash and urine. Management was willing to move us to another room however the people that "live" next door were standing outside their door watching everything we were doing. We were not comfortable leaving our things while we went to dinner. My stay should be refunded. We didnt stay there after the first night. (3 day reservation)

Excellent area, convenient for dinning, shopping. plenty of parking, easy to get on highway.

mattresses very old and blood stained, body fluid stained, room smelled of new paint with open paint pail on outside of door, stairway littered with trash, microwave broken; has nice full size fridge, all the furniture broken drawers in this room, manager refused to call back or give any refund or credit despite multiple messages, never called back; very cheap price, going through renovation but should not rent out room with heavy pain smell and mattress looking over 10 years old with cigarrette burn marks in sheets and heavily stained mattresses. gross. manager aware because tried to double sheet stained mattresses. very very dirty staircase and trash everywhere.

The elevator and walkway smelled like urine.

This hotel has improved some, it was worse when it was under another brand name/ owner. You can tell that they are making improvements. The room is VERY BASIC. Small towels, no shampoo, just two tiny soaps. My room's padlock was missing (just a hole) and the flap-type safety bar is missing too. so nothing to prevent someone from coming in if they have a room card.

Manager had no customer servic skills. he was rude at check in. No one came to offer cleaning or fresh towels. Did not specify diet charges olehen paying online for a week. And a staff member was very rude to my son and did not believe he was staying in a room and was made to show proof.

Room key did not work , many areas of disrepair

This is a clean, basic hotel, a good value for the money. My room was clean, had a small kitchenette, with regular size fridge, two burner stove top, microwave. The hotel used to be another brand, and I see an improvement in overall appearance.

They are really trying to remodel and upgrade the rooms and security. Always clean fresh towels on demand. Any issues and they are quick to fix or resolve. They a to please the customer

Room was clean but bathroom handle would fall off when I turned on water. Used syringes in elavator. Wa not asked about pets and unaware of 10 dollar charge a day for pet. And had to pay extra 70 at check in that I could not afford. Piles of garbage by office and could not understand employees we had language barrier.
