Location and parking

Handy location but trams a bit noisy

Close to city, trams either for Burke Street or Collins Street. Walking distance to St Vincent’s Hospital.

Great location to city & Gertrude street.

The location is awesome, close to great restaurants and bars. The room is very very dated. The front desk is closed early and opens late.

The apartment was huge and very conveniently located to a number of medical rooms and hospitals, with a number of great cafes & shops nearby too.

The Hotel is a little older and dated, but the staff are amazing and so helpful. It was very clean well organised with everything you would need plus more. Breakfast was substantial a great start to the day. Easy walk down Gertrude St to Museum and Exhibition Centre then on to Lygon St, food was amazing in the area. Quick walk to loop into the free trams for the city. I will stay here again. Thank you

Tried to cancel my booking just before I arrived due to an admin error their end and despite having my pre-paid room available. No words of regret after they realised their error despite the problems it would have caused me if I’d accepted it.

Wonderful, a delight, walking distance to the hospital. extra friendly staff, very clean, easy car parking. Public transport past the door. Thank you

The room smelt terrible and the crockery in the cupboard was dirty. I asked to move rooms but they could offer no alternative despite me being a regular customer.
