Unique boutique hotel

Beautiful hotel that has clearly been renovated. Very lovely staff and rooms are very clean. Our room was beside a service elevator and it was extremely noisy until 11pm and started again around 5 am. Otherwise great.

Decent modern decor.

Parking is not free they charge 23$ to park in hotel parking lot. or 16$ a night in the neighbouring lot, The Telly failed to stay on channels it began blinking on and off most likely network issues. in room 307. And it wasn’t worth my time to go back downstairs at 9 pm because the young staff who where working did not exemplify someone I had confidence in to help with the issue. To be honest. This hotel is clearly not run by people who pay attention to details,or do checks of the rooms. Breakfast voucher in the separate restaurant downstairs. In the morning for some odd reason the smoke detector started in with its low battery beep notification. They did not have a simple thing like chamomile nor did they even make an effort to try and get some from the restaurant down stairs which if its separate, could not be reached. Facing the road is traffic which eventually quieted down by 10 30 or 11pm Pillows are good bed is good..... and that's it! I wont stay there again.

Amazing as always

Very clean quiet hotel in downtown Kitchener. Friendly staff and delicious dinner at the restaurant (I had pasta and oysters). Breakfast included -I had eggs Benedict. The only thing is parking at the park are behind the hotel need to walk a minute to hotel front. A bit quiet evening when I checked in solo. Other than that, good comfy bed and clean sheets with great service. Walk to many restaurants within 5mins.

The hotel is clean, and the staff are super friendly. However, the rooms are small, and the “city view” room was just facing a brick wall. Also, the coffee on our floor was watered down.

Staff was wonderful! Rooms were clean as well.

Nice lounge areas. Nice breakfast dining room with calming music.
