Nos acusaron de rateros sin aver agarrado nada nos esculcaron en frente de Toda la Gente, fue una horrible vergonzoda experiencia jamaa lo recomendaria o volveria a ese Lugar

Todo muy bien buen personal y amabilidad en todas las estancias

La comida fue demasiado limitada en variedad y no es posible que hagan tan poquita comida, muchas veces era hora temprana para comer o desayunar y ya no había comida.

Very bad service, food on buffet always the same, long lines to get a table to eat. The service at the pool very poor, dirty empty cups all over and around the pool.

Check in staff was rude, breakfast is not included, food is very basic and on a schedule .. not always available.

Everything sucks lock of comunication, no body knows when the shows start for eating only one restaurant its open waiting time in line its about 2 hours place its horrible food terrible even some Americans walk out when the see the food items for the locals people its fine for them not for me I make sure never go back there

Rooms were good. Food was terrible

Rooms are clean, comfortable bed. The resort is very old. Very busy place, long lines for drinks, food is always the same and not a great selection. You get what you pay for.

The food wasn’t so good

En cuanto a servicio en recepción un poco malo pues hice 2 reservaciones por que no cabiamos en una habitación y pues nos pusieron en edificios diferentes, La habitación por el precio creo que le falta mantenimiento general; Los alimentos, pues más o menos, por se supone que es costa deberían ofrecer un poco más de variedad en pescados y mariscos, y bueno para los niños no les interesa mucho pues ellos son felices con las albercas y el agua del mar....en general bién por que a toda la infraestructura le falta un mantenimiento.....

This is the second time we stayed. We like the Fontan the staff is very nice this time Julie one of the entertainment staff was excellent, nice funny and made our days and each of the activities we participated enjoyable. Thank you Julie. The only complaint that we have is that there is a lot of people and few staff . You have to make line to eat to check in to check out to get or ask for something and thanks a lot of time to get it or for someone to bring it to you . We asked for pillows and we never got them . Some towels and they didn’t have enough. Please pay attention to those little things that makes a lot of difference.

The people are not friendly hard to get pool side chairs,

Se encuentra bien ubicado,recepcion muy bien,limpieza de habitación bien,en alimentos solo me hubiera gustado tubieran barbacoa pero en genegal bien y la atencion de los meceros muy buena,y unico malo que tienes que estar cuidando la toalla de la alberca ya que si otra persona toma tu tualla te la cobran asi que para mi eseparte no me agrado ya que no puedes disfrutar la alberca por cuidar tu toalla

Air conditioning good, ocean view was kinda far

I lost my reservation due to a change of schedule that wasn't possible to do cause the fontan resort strict rules, i had to cancel with no refund, I'll never reserv with this hotel or expedia
