Overall good hotel and great location

Great location and the hotel was comfortable

The hotel is at the corner of Rue de la Republique and Place de l'Horloge and is superbly situated for restaurants, shops and the Palais des Papes and the Pont d'Avignon. A free hopper bus stops right outside the hotel and the road train passes too although you have to get it at the Palais des Papes. Hotel is really comfortable and the staff make you feel like family and cannot do enough to help. There isn't a bar in the hotel but plenty around it, the breakfast is lovely with a mix of breads, cheeses, cold meat, eggs (scrambled and hard/soft boiled), cooked sausages and bacon, fresh coffee, freshly pressed orange juice, pastries and a cheerful "Bonjour". I would highly recommend this hotel and am looking forward to visiting it again although I believe they are refurbishing after New Year.

Centrally located Hotel, very easy to walk around. Staff were so lovely, friendly, helpful. Breakfast was great also.

Wonderful location. Lovely breakfast. Only negative were the steep stairs to room 324. However we had absolutely wonderful caring staff who helped us with our luggage. Thank you

Excellent hotel

Area is historic and cool. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was very good, but 20 euros seems too expensive.

We had a most wonderful stay at this hotel and our only complaint was that we didn’t stay longer! We will definitely return as it was perfect. Lovely room with a balcony overlooking the square. Fabulous buffet breakfast and wonderful staff.

Beautiful city. The hotel has a homely feel about it and is right in the heart of the square. It can be noisy during the night, if like us you prefer to have your windows open. No restaurant at hotel but its surrounded by lovely eateries.
