I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Benidorm. The staff was very helpful and professional. The restaurant food was good, especially the buffet. The location is great as it is centrally located. There are a lot of good places to eat nearby and the neighborhood is safe to walk around.

Clean room, staff were great, good location

The hotel staff were very attentive and provided excellent service. The bellboy, managers, and housekeepers were all top-notch. The rooms were clean, and bottled water was available throughout our stay. The bellboy even looked after our luggage after we checked out. Number one, the staff is amazing from valet parking, usher, canaries. Very friendly and professional. The rooms have a great size and in good condition. The mattress was super firm for me. Great location and I felt safe.

Brilliant location, hotel is a little dated but everything works fine. Rooms, being old fashioned, are bigger than normal and staff very friendly, did not try the restaurant or other facilities. Very good value for money.

We stay here often , so they know us . Is like being with friends.

Do not stay at this hotel. The cleaner did a number two in my bathroom and then opened the windows and let all the flies in.
