Great staff and facilities

Lovely hotel, great location, very welcoming staff at reception and in the bar. My only issue was a small one, why can’t a great hotel get a simple thing like a rasher right. Comfy bed, great shower, nice breakfast just really bad rashers.

The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs and questions. The bed and pillows were a welcome sight after our previous hotel stays in Europe.

Love this boutique hotel. Room was clean and had a comfy king bed. The staff was amazing especially Roger who is the bartender at the restaurant on site. Great location, everything was walking distance. Definitely would go back.

The hotel is in a great location. Everything you can think of is only a 10-minute walk at most. A little noisy being close to Temple Bar, but not enough to keep me awake. Parking is directly across the street, which makes parking hassle-free.

Very nice hotel in a great location short walking distance to all the pubs and restaurants and shopping. 10 min walk to the Temple Bar area. Big shout out to the night time manager we had an issue with the room I was allocated we needed a room with bigger bathroom space she was so helpful and gracious upgraded us to a room that made us very happy. Breakfast buffet was excellent. We will stay there again highly recommended.

Everything was wonderful

Hotel is very central to all the marvellous places in Dublin. Car park is expensive do not leave anything on show within the car as our car was broken into in the car park.

The overall experience was excellent. All staff from front of desk, housekeeping and restaurant were friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms have been renovated to a very high standard. Very clean and with all the little added luxuries included. The hotel is ideally located and is only a short walk to grafton street, yet it is quiet and relaxing. Will definitely return.
