Amazing ! Highly recommended for many reasons. Starting with the staff. Super attentive all around Very centric location The room was clean and well put together. Has an amazing restaurant area They also have a very cool cinema with a movie schedule every night. You can order drinks and they even brought us pop corn ! We had a great time. 5 stars

Didnt have breakfast

Delicious breakfast each am. Some confusion as to whether it was included in our room charge. In the end they comped all the breakfast s except one, which was puzzling. Lovely room and top shelf bedding. The mini fridge was looked at several times by various employees since it appeared not to be cooling. It was deemed to be working. We stored some yogurt in it for last early am exit. Both of us were sick the next day. Great location and nice room. Would stay here again despite couple of wrinkles.

AMAZING!

I write this with much trepidation. This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. They were so kind to my family when we were ‘stuck’ in Ireland because of a snow storm. I will never stay anywhere else in Dublin. I do not want my hidden treasure discovered.

Good stuff. Perhaps add a fan. Room tended to be a little bit hot.

Great hotel in an excellent central location. Friendly staff comfortable room and bed, the hotel smells of eucalyptus oil which is very comforting. Great breakfast buffet everything you could want will definitely stay again.

Fantastic location within walking distance of anything you could want. Parking is available in a public parking garage right across the street and was 20 euro per day (a discounted rate for guests). The rooms and elevator are small but to be expected for an older building. Everything was updated and clean. Staff was very kind and quick to offer assistance. Would highly recommend!

The location is wonderful, close to so many great attractions, pubs and restaurants. The Brooks restaurant is quite good, and the bartender/waiter Roger is very pleasant and accomplished. The reception staff, Christina, Danielle and Marvin, are very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and very accommodating. We loved the clean room and the overall service. This is a great place to stay while you explore Dublin.

The hotel is really nice. The room that we stayed at was really nice but small. The staff is very helpful. They do offer parking which is literally across the street from the hotel, they do validate but they only validate for half of the cost when we stayed, it’s €42 for parking a day and they pay for €22 and you have to pay the rest but they only for 20 hours a day so technically you pay a little more than €20 . The hotel is really clean. The staff was very helpful and very nice. Great customer service. You are in a central location very close to Grafton Street and restaurants
