Close to everything I needed and it was clean and staff friendly would stay again! Nice little koi pond by elevator.

Great location nice hotel, clean friendly staff. Only issue was the keys to the door didn’t work well, they were suppose to change the lock system but didn’t.

Overall it wasn’t a bad stay. The staff could have been more attentive but loved the grounds of the property. Be prepared when checking in. Stayed 6 nights they put a $400 hold on our card which wasn’t a big deal for me but I know it could be for others. Also, $150 to park the 6 nights. Overall would consider staying again, but prefer another location in the area.

It is situated in a very convenient location. Close to shops, entertainment and sights. The dinner was very delicious.

When we first walked in the staff was so friendly! We were upgraded to a floor level room with a patio over looking the pool. Traveling with little kids can be so hard but this free upgrade made it extra special and easy. The room was clean, spacious and beds were cozy. The pool is nice and heated. Pool towel were available and nice size. The breakfast was so good and we got free vouchers signing up for a promotion they were doing. Parking is easy and convenient. The waterfall outside our door was a nice touch. 10/10 will be staying here again!!

Disgusting! dirty, no food, a ton of construction, noisy--paid $25 a day for parking!..awful room the bed smelled like mildew! I asked them to change the sheets and they refused saying "rule since covid"!!!

We stayed for week and overall the experience was good besides a couple minor complaints like parking fees and such not getting relayed to us before booking and some hotel and meal information being misleading. Parking and finding our room was easy and its a super cute hotel. Pictures make the room look 10 times better then what they actually were but you'll get that with any hotel.

Close to the shopping

Got to my reservation at 4 and room wasnt ready, we didnt have time to wait so we came back at 8 and room wasnt ready again. They decided to put us in a different room whicu was cool but walking to the room we saw a bunch of empty rooms we couldvt checked into at 4! Also the pool and hot tub open at 10 and checkout is at 11 lol its daylight at 530 thats about 4 hours of missed swimming for people paying 300 dollars.

This was almost as good as a hotel stay can be! The property is gorgeous even though there is a huge addition being added. The parking is good but the spaces are too narrow for a full sized vehicle.
