Awesome! Very good!

Clean room, amazing staff and an all around great place!!

Good value for the price. The resort was very clean and the pools were lovely. The beachfront is small but it wasn’t crowded. The food choices were limited but all were very tasty. The staff was very attentive at all times.

• Pesticide smell significantly noticed in the room, but even though a big cockroach was found running on floor!! • Food was bad, with no verities, lived mainly on salad, fruits, Pizza and boiled eggs. All cook done using margarine. Bread was of low quality. Asked for butter for toast, margarine was given. • Gulf beach is horrible, no way to enjoy swimming. • Staff are good, helpful and welcoming.

We originally reserved two rooms with an ocean view and a balcony. When we arrived, the hotel was full and we were offered one suite with 3 separate bedrooms located on the main floor - no ocean view and no balcony. Also, we could not leave either the window or the curtains open. We were moved to our originally reserved rooms the next day after which we had a lovely time. Thank you Juan.

The room was so bad at was smile so stink I ask to change the room and nobody response

The room was always spotless. There was a water leak in our bathroom which was mildly annoying- we had to put on sandals to go to the bathroom in the night. The food was good and the waiters were fantastic.

This is our fourth time staying at Cancun Bay Resort. Our room was always clean, the restaurants are great and the margaritas are 10/10. Our server, Ramses, made this trip fabulous and our bartender, Jordan, recognized us from previous years. As per usual, we I’ll be back again

The food was there downfall

Friendly and accommodating meal service staff. Hotel was technically wheelchair accessible, but was not wheelchair friendly. There was not enough room between tables in the dining areas to maneuver a wheelchair or rollator. Ramps were an afterthought. When one ramp would end, you had a very narrow space to cross to the completely opposite side to maneuver the next ramp.

Luis at the front is an absolute gentleman! Jhovanny went out of his way to make sure we were always comfortable and fed well. The rest of the staff were also a pleasure to be around, everyone was super considerate and attentive. Food selection was great and clean, drinks were great. Every bump we ran into was fixed instantly. Room upgraded. Pools were kept well. Our two weeks here were amazing, we didn’t want to leave!
