Incredible. If you don’t enjoy this place then you need to check yourself.

Management and staff were wonderful. Property was beautiful.

Over the top accommodations. Only one complaint. We were not told there was complimentary morning coffee and muffins in am and Friday nite free cocktails for an hour. We found out both when leaving so felt like we got ripped off spending money when it was available free.

From the moment you step out of the car at the Ocean Club, you are in luxury. The staff are at your service, friendly and welcoming. The property facilities are out of this world. The gym is very well equipped, you can get the push bikes to cycle the property. We only stayed for one night as a treat. We are at Dune restaurant. Our server was great. So lovely and chatty. Top service. The resort was very quiet which we didn’t mind, as it’s very exclusive. Each time we sat down at a different pool, the staff bring over a bucket of ice and ocean club waters to keep you hydrated. The room was out of this would. A bath tub fit for 2 people! In the rooms, we were given complimentary branded caps, beach bag, and even a bottle of local rum to take home. Even the closet was air conditioned!! Unbelievable stay, certainly warrants its prove and exclusivity.

The food was not up to the standard expected at a Four Seasons Resort. Limited selections and average to low quality food. No option purchase sundries on the property.

Four Seasons = superior experiences! Some of the properties do not live up to the FS brand but this one does in terms of quiet luxury and superior guest services. Everyone was extremely polite, gracious and appreciative. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and will return asap!

Travel all over the world and thia property is one of our favorite. Best service all around from Selena at the spa, restaurants and our butler's Prince and Marcus spoiled us every moment! Food is spectacular as well and Keith at the martini bar is world renowned. If your looking for a serene getaway where you do not have to leave the property for a thing- this is the spot.

Beautiful property, beautiful view, but the clanging crew does use not a vacuum or a mop in the rooms unless you specifically ask them. We stayed in two rooms and both had hair, crumbs, and lint on the floor and desk because they hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while.

We spent one night for a anniversary. The staff made a note when we arrived and we were congratulated when we had dinner and drinks after. The room overlooks the ocean and we could walk out to sit on chairs to enjoy the solitude. The staff was very respectful, polite, courteous, helpful, and welcoming. We had only booked one day ahead and there was no problem with the short notice. We will highly recommend the Ocean Club and hope to return when we can. Memories were made and shared with friends and family who have not seen it in pictures or in person.

Wonderful Resort. The staff is amazing. I have stayed at a lot of great resorts and I can tell you this is one of the best. I can remember at least 10 staff members names due to how much help and interaction they had with us. In terms of service no hotel can compare. The location is awesome. The water is fantastic. Staff goes above & beyond expectations. Rooms are well stocked and very private. Grounds are spectacular.

Hotel needs updating on many fronts. The tub was old and had little potholes that looked like cigarette burns. Multiple cable channnels did not get service. The internet did not work in our room. The coffee mate creamer left by our coffee machine were rancid. The old refrigerator being used as a mini bar had to be unplugged at night because it was stupidly noisy. For what we paid, we felt more like suckers than guests.

it is an "island" of quiet relaxation

It is a beautiful setting. The negatives are that the dining is not as good as it used to be. Dune is still good but the food is not as good as it was. The other main negative is that we opted to have dinner at the Dune Bar one evening for convenience and were subjected to having to endure cigarette smoke while we tried to enjoy our food. In this day and age what establishment allows patrons to smoke at the bar. Times have changed and the Ocean Club needs to get with the times. No smoking except in designated areas.
