We enjoyed our stay, the property was safe, clean and beautiful. I was not happy with the Italian restaurant expensive charges without making us aware of it. I don’t mind to pay as long as I am made aware of what I am being charged for.

Excellent hotel

The lobby was beautiful and the pool was amazing. The concierges were kind of rude. I tried asking two of them questions and they seemed like they couldn’t be bothered to help. They definitely need to put some TLC into the rooms. Our shower was clogged, there was mold under the lip of the sink and the carpets really need replacing.

The property was beautiful, I've stayed here before many years ago (1992) and the property today still looks as beautiful as it did back then.

The pictures posted on the website are a little deceiving. I was originally in a King room with a patio. On day two of my trip I tried to shower and the water would not come on at all. I then noticed they had removed the knob that control the water without any communication to me. There were no robes in the room as the website mentioned and no LED lights on bathroom mirror I was moved to another room that did look much better than my first but with smaller bathroom and a patio that did not have any furniture. The manger at the time did credit me for food and beverages that I otherwise would have paid for. Nice hotel but definitely need a makeover to get back to what they originally looked like.

It was amazing!! Very well kept , great staff they were all very friendly and helpful. Pools and beach area very clean and well put together! Great place to stay !

Really nice facilities and restaurants around the resort. The rooms are pretty good and overall I think the resort itself is good value. The restaurants can be expensive as you’d expect for a place like this. The staff was fine, not terribly friendly but it was hit / miss. The area around the hotel is fine not a lot of great restaurants. But lots within 30 mins driving distance to do. We took an uber most of the time.

Would recommend this property. 5 stars. Excellent service, cleanliness and a cat petting zoo! Our last trip to PR we had an awful experience at another hotel. We will certainly be back again.

Excellent property excellent staff The ONLY problem are the CATS !! Wow what a terrifying yo have those animals around you even when u eat I will not come back until they are removed As far as the property , pools , beach were excellent Gloria Santiago was very helpful was always willing to help The staff again was excellent

It was a short stay for my husband and I as we celebrated our honeymoon but this resort was very top notch. The customer service was good, room was clean and ready early upon arrival and there were a lot of amenities. There’s a nightclub, casino, shops several pools and access to the beach. I’ve stayed in many resorts over the yearsg
