The hotel was very clean, the staff were fantastic and the hotel is more importantly very dog friendly

We loved the room service and check in/butler experience. The hotel is very clean as well. The spa experience was so-so and the taxi service was unprofessional and much below standard.

Wonderful stay for 7 nights in Feb. The staff in the HOTEL are top notch and will stay here again. Easy to walk to all locations and the concierges are very good!

St. Regis properties never disappoint. The staff were phenomenal as always. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. And the cocktails from the Winter Garden were amazing (the Klimt was to die for). My only complaint was the shower, in an otherwise perfect room, it was small and cramped. The shower head was too low and I would hit my head (I’m 6’ on a good day).

Great classic hotel full of charm and attentive service staff. Very good location within walking distance of many great sites in Florence. Will stay again and every time in the future.

Everything was good. Love the architecture. Staffs are amazing. But, the heater and water pipes make noise. The room is a little small. The location is a little far from tourist’s spots.

From the moment we arrived to the hotel the service was amazing. The staff was more than helpful. The location is perfect and walking distance for all of the shopping we planned to do. Our suite was beautiful. We appreciate the minor details and arrangements they made to help us enjoy my birthday. We will definitely be back!

You will feel like the Medici when you stay here. The service, food, and decor are impeccable. I can't wait to stay here again. This might be the only place I will now stay in Florence.
