Great property

Very rundown outdated rooms, not clean and worn out

Clean safe Friendly professional staff

The area was covered with homeless people. As well as the plumbing in tje room was leaking with running toilets as well as the shower head didnt work.

Elevator and parking place smells a lot to weed

My son and I had a wonderful experience. 10/10

Location was great. I'm not sure what all the bad reviews are for as the expectations for the price and location should not be that high. Check in was fantastic and friendly. Short walk to great food and music. Room were dated a bit. Carpet was wet in areas. I don't even want to know why. Obama shower head. Let the water flow please. It is what it is. It was fine. If you want more, pay more somewhere else.

Parking was expensive.

Shaun at the front desk was excellent and attentive.

The valet and bellmen was exceptional. Very attentive to our needs. The room was ok but could not see out the windows as we requested and paid for 2 corner rooms facing the river. The couple that never been to Memphis was excited but the room was not what they thought it would be. My first time to Memphis I stayed at this property but don't think I will again on my next visit.

Room was good. Convenient to convention center, but some issues outside property with homelessness. Bring your own water because the price in gift shop is ridiculous.

This hotel was very nice and the staff was super thoughtful and nice. My friend is on oxygen and they brought him a cart to ride on.

Too many homeless in the area.

Lots of homeless, downtown area not very clean, and the restaurants around the area were closed. No continental breakfast or coffee offered in the morning.

Very nice place

The property itself was very nice, clean, front desk staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. However, I was sure to be present in my room because when traveling I avoid room service. I also place the privacy/quiet placard on the knob when not in the room. Unfortunately a staff member entered my room unbeknownst to me and a piece of my jewelry that I had in one of my handbags is missing. I did report the incident to security and they are investigating.

Room was dingy. Very out dated. Had a dirty feel/ smell to it. Ac worked. But the coldest setting wasn’t very cold. Will not be returning to this property.

Great property

I liked that it was very quiet and clean the workers were very respectful. i didn't like that it wasn't a breakfast buffet it was grab and go

Toilet starter spraying me when I flushed it and flooded the bathroom, the front desk staff seemed like it didn’t matter until I asked for a different room then she became annoyed she had to check me into another room.
