Lovely friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean. I only ate in the hotel the once during my stay, but the food and room service I had was very good. The location is great - a short walk away from the excellent Broughton Inn and a whole load of other eating and drinking places. Would definitely stay again.

Ample free parking breakfast was loverly and constantly restocked items very helpful staff on checking in and managed to give us adjoining room when we asked. Really enjoyed are stay will be back

Hotel was clean and bed was comfortable, although the breakfast wasn’t great. We may have been unlucky with our pancakes, but two were rock hard and one fell to mush when we cut into it as I think it had sat in water? There was also no chocolate powder in the hot chocolate machine. We did have a lovely stay, regardless, and may go back if we were in the area again. The coffee in the bar was delicious!!

Clean room, comfortable beds and courteous and friendly staff. My partner is a coeliac and they made her a separate breakfast to avoid a risk of cross contamination from the buffet
