This is my second stay here and the staff amenities are vey good

1- las tarjetas pra abrir los cuartos TODOSSSSS los días tenia q ir a configurarlas aunq no las tuviera junto a nada eléctronico, absolutamente todossss los días hasta dos veces, incluso teniendo dos llaves, tiene un falso o algo porque se metía muchas veces y a veces hasta la sexta vez abría correctamente pero generalmente llame a las señoritas de limpieza q estaban en el piso para que abrieran o me tocaba bajar a que me la configuraran!!! Todossss los días!!! 2- el soporte de la secadora de pelo se despegaba de la pared cuando se usaba!! 3- el agua del inodoro tenía q mantenerse apretado para que saliera toda el agua y se tenía q hechar hasta dos veces porque la Presión o succión no era suficiente 4- la barra de donde se cuelgan las toallas estaba en mal estado también al igual q el de la secadora se destrababa por lo q las toallas las ponían sobre el tanque del inodoro. 5- el personal del hotel no es muy amable.

The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. The rooms are very clean and the beds are amazingly comfortable. The beds make me want to stay in them all day. I always staff at Barceló when I’m in Guatemala. I highly recommend it.

This is a 5-star hotel with a very affordable price. You would probably pay four to five times more for the same quality in North America. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast was included, and they also offered an airport shuttle. I was very impressed with all the amenities. I would highly recommend this place if you’re visiting the city.

I had a fantastic stay at the Barceló. This is a top notch hotel, and the rooms, bathrooms, and all common areas are incredibly clean. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, and having a well-equipped gym on site is a great bonus. You can tell the staff truly take pride in the hotel. I also want to highlight their honesty and customer service. I accidentally left my AirPods in the room and didn’t realize it until five days later. When I contacted the hotel, they had them safely waiting at the front desk. That gave me such peace of mind. Highly recommend staying here.

Staff is amazing they treat us like royalty. Room is always clean and well stocked with fresh fruit and water in my room.
