Everything great except breakfast.

It was good!

Although my stay was very comfortable; there were a few things that could be updated or shown some love and attention. The weeds in the gravel outside weren’t impressive, I couldn’t get the ac to regulate well in the room and I was so thrilled with the waffle machine especially since the sausage and eggs looked odd. But I will give them a star for individually wrapping all food separate so know one touched yours. It was probably one of the quietest places I’ve ever stayed; with the exception of the guy beating on his door to wake someone up because he locked himself out of his room.

Good value, courteous staff, bathroom pretty small but all in all a decent stay.

My daughter and I had a very good time. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

We rented two rooms for our family, we walked into the bathroom and there was urine all over the toilet seat and in the toilet. We then proceeded to see bugs on the ground and crawling up the bed. Not only that there was moldy food in the fridge. The rooms were obviously never cleaned from the people before us. The rooms were tiny with huge beds so you could barely move in the rooms. Also, DO NOT fall for these fake photos, the photos make the room and hotel look very nice but in reality they were disgusting. The rooms should most definitely not cost 150 dollars. HUGE waste of money. The customer service was pretty good other than the employees lying to us about giving us one free room because of the inconvenience. Btw they only gave us 30 bucks off of a 300 dollar purchase. Absolutely ridiculous, thought it was a joke when they sent us the voicemail about the 30 dollars off. Save your money and do not stay here.

Baymont by Wyndham is a nice hotel, located in Lancaster, around 40 mins from Hocking Hills State Park. The rooms are quiet, and well furnished. The hotel also has a pool, and free breakfast, and free self parking. We stayed with a big group, and the lady at the front desk was kind enough to allow us to use the breakfast area for a private evening get together. The hotel is located minutes away from gas stations, coffee shops, and restaurants. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a budget option, or a short stay. The only drawback is that the sink in the room is located outside the bathroom, so it does affects the sleep of your companion if you're an early riser. There's a small refrigerator, and microwave too, in every room.

We asked for a handicap room and we got one, however I will say the bathroom was great except that there was no counter space at all. But the shower was good though. The water got all over the floor. But that was okay. What was the problem was the bed was so small that two adults could could not lay on their back. One had to lay on their side For us both to fit on the bed. If it's a handicap room, it should at least have A queen size bed, Not a double or smaller. Whatever the size was it was pretty small But it was comfortable. As far as you could be When you are squeezed into that space. Other than the bed, I think it was pretty nice. There was only one chair But the room was obviously set up for two people And the room. I believe smaller then the other hotel rooms But because of the bathroom. It would be very difficult for a wheelchair to get between the bed And dresser unit. Oh and we had trouble with a coffee maker too. The Lid would not come up. It got stuck. The food was good in plentiful and it had a good variety.

Staff was very helpful and professional !!!! ALL accommodations were met !!
