A very nice, comfortable and friendly hotel with a good breakfast selection. Hotel situated in a good area with easy access to city via a nice 10 minute ferry ride.

Great location by the river.

Staff at the hotel were pleasant to deal with. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the basic comforts plus a large balcony. There is a bus that connects you to the city centre and a connect tram gets you to Haga. An uber is also a convenient option! Outside the hotel there is a grocery store but since our room didn't have a kitchenette it was of limited use. I would advise hiring a car for longer stays. Thanks for having us!

We loved this hotel best so far on our 22 day trip around Sweden. Breakfast was awesome, coffee anytime of the day in the lobby and GREAT help at the front desk to show us what to see downtown and how to use the water taxis! Highly recommend!

Check in time was after 4pm which is insane especially for a smaller European city. Other than that the hotel stay was good. Great breakfast

Very friendly and helpful staff. It was my first time in Sweden and the staff helped me with any questions I had. Room was clean and in good shape.overall place was very nice. It was a good experience for my first time to Sweden.

Great location for walking along the river and public transportation access. We asked 3 days to have our room cleand and it didn't happen. Restaurant was good, but the 2 bars were not open during our stay.

Front desk staff were very helpful. Special mention of Cassandra who assisted me. Was there for 4 nights and never saw housekeeping to clean my room nor change towels.

Reception staff good. Breakfast good. The room was never cleaned, bathroom never cleaned. Had to ask for new rowels and toilet paper several times. No new sheets at all.

We had a great stay in a really good location with some great nearby restaurants. Particularly enjoyed our meal in Krog Axet across the road, so much we went back again the next night and ate again. Only slight complaint I'd have was the room was quite warm and I had turned the air con down, but I'm not sure it was working

Hotellet har fin beliggenhet, dog utenfor selve byen. Bra parkeringsmulighet utenfor hotellet. Ganske hyggelig resepsjon og frokostsal, men trappegangene ga assosiasjoner til fengsel, det samme gjorde dobbeltrommene. Rene rom, men ikke spesielt hyggelige. God frokost med mange valg. Hyggelig personale.
