Lovely place. Very comfortable. Requested a room with a walk in shower which was provided. Only challenge was no grab bar in the shower. If you need that, you might want to book an accessibility room rather than just the walk in shower.

A nice stay, I would recommend tis hotel

I want to give a humongous thank you to Bernie. All the staff were incredible but Bernie took really great care of me and my dog. I will definitely be back. The property is so clean and the amenities were so helpful. Thanks again to the staff and Bernie especially.

Nous avons demander de faire la chambre au bout de 3 jours et ils ont changer seulement les serviettes Personnels au déjeuner aucun sourire mais les déjeuners étaient diversifiés

AC doesn’t work

Room was very clean and spacious. Only thing wrong was the hair dryer wasn't working. Over all would recommend .

The room was roomy and bed was comfortable. The pillows could be softer. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Would stay there again.

It’s a quick last minute place to book but beware just because the go station is accross it. It will take you an hour to walk or a 10 minute uber to the go station

Safe, free and easy parking. Large spacious and comfortable suites, you could even entertain here. Breakfast was decent and did the job, with options.

Decent breakfast selection few hot items 24hr coffee available. Tv was working but had no signal on any channels. Some what comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet clean and great shower

They hadn’t switched HVAC to summer mode so AC wasn’t working. Room was very hot and was tough to sleep in. Figure that is really the only reason to stay at the hotel so, kind of an issue. They did have an automatic pancake maker so that was cool (pun intended).🙂

Solid spot. Breakfast starts at 6am, so a little late if you're an early riser.

I was offered first floor, and due to my mobility problems, this was great. I would appreciate a handrail on the exterior front steps.

Room was clean, good location.

We came with our dogs so this write up is to be expected. We had two dogs and unfortunately we were in the ‘dog’ room for obvious reasons. The issue was not cleanliness, it was the over powering of deodorizer because so many animals had been there. They should really crop the curtains so animals can pee on them. They could put a tile floor instead of carpet which would avoid the need to over deodorize. The other issue was the bed. We have stayed here many times before without issue but this time we both woke up broken! Again to be expected in the ‘dog’ room. This was not to be mean but was also for the owners because they are very nice and like I said it is our go to place when we are in Whitby.
