Generally pretty clean

Staff weren’t particularly friendly or helpful. You almost felt like you were an inconvenience. The only friendly member of staff were the catering staff at breakfast

Dust behind sides of TV . Shower water pressure low. Ironing board cover needs replacing. Nice breakfasts. Helpful and friendly staff, reception and dining area and cleaners.

Clean room, friendly staff

Friendly staff, been a few times here now and the friendly, helpful chef now knows us so that’s nice. Had a room upgrade which was really lovely so room bigger, bed bigger and really comfy, shower big enough to get at least 6 people in, will consider an up grade in future.

Things are of the same standard as the last time I was there

The evening Receptionist Charlie, he showed me excellent customer service. I was allocated room 229 and I asked Charlie for an additional electric heater because the room's heating unit wasn't heating the room to my likeing. Within a few mins, Charlie was knocking at my door with the heater and installed it. Lovely guy. Room was clean, lovely double bed with lots of pillows, the TV Chromecast App didnt work so I couldnt use my phone apps on the Phillips smart TV, Lovely white woodend blinds and thick blackout curtains adorning the window. Shower head was basic but the water temperature and pressure was nice. The bathroom underfloor heating was a nice touch to the room. Overal, I recommend this hotel for its comfort. Thank you Mecure MK team for helping to make my stay a memerable experience.

The room was luxurious and clean. Reception staff extremely helpful and friendly, likewise with the staff for the rest of the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Did not go for breakfast. Only wanted tea and toast, not worth 17 pounds for just that. Parking great

Lovely well appointed room. Clean and well maintained. The wifi was good and the TV was easy to connect to my phone so i could stream prime movies. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The room and bedding was super clean. Breakfast was great and the staff were all very nice. Parking is easy and free. couldn't reall find anything to fault. Would not hesitate to come back.

Shower needed cleaning. Disgusting around the soap holder. Bed very lumpy and uncomfortable on right hand side.

We stayed at this hotel to visit Silverstone Racing Circuit and to take part in the 2025 Adrian Flux Road Tour. It was a good choice for both. On our arrival, although we had not booked an accessible room, and due to there being no lift, we were reallocated to a ground floor room, as my wife is awaiting a full knee replacement operation. The staff were courteous and helpful. We eat in the restaurant on the first night of our stay, and the food was good and service adequate, but the menu choices were limited, so we eat out on the remaining two nights of our stay. Also, for some unspecified reason, we were not able to charge the restaurant bill to our room account. I was happy to pay by card, but somewhat confused by this event, as I’ve not encountered this issue previously. We did not have breakfast at the hotel as all our day starts were early and we chose to eat later. The room was very pleasant with good location and facilities, but the room safe was locked on arrival and had to be opened by a staff member. Having used this type of self coded room safe on multiple occasions, I was frustrated by the strange operation of this facility which again locked itself whilst I was trying to set it for our use. Needless to say, I didn’t bother getting it opened again and just did not use it on this trip. On balance, I would use this hotel again, being aware of the limitations, but being very happy with the room itself, and the assistance of the front desk staff.
