Clean helpfull

The room was very clean, air conditioning was great ! really appreciated with the hot weather this past weekend. Hot water in the shower .Very nice employees. The breakfast was also great. Only had issues with the internet connection. Maybe due on the part of the hotel I was in . Other than that, everything else was great ! Amazing stay !

Amazing stay and breakfast is good

We arrived late and the first thing the concierge said “ 30 more minutes and I was gonna cancel your stay” not a great opening. On top of that we booked a king size bed and received a double with a small room. And then breakfast the next morning we decided to check out instead. Minimal options and paper plates and wooden utensils.

My mom stayed and it was excellent. The front desk staff was wonderful and helpful.

This property is without doubt the worst I have ever stayed at. I'm not sure what was going on at this "hotel" as there were security guards at every entrance, dozens of people loitering around the entrance, rooms full of crutches and other medical supplies, and the first room i was given had yet to be cleaned. You are better off sleeping in your car.

Check in was easy, fast and staff was helpful to get the room ready and hour early. Bed sheet was dirty upon arrival, requesed staff to change and they did pretty quickly. The manager even came to ask about the problem and was curtious to ask if there was any other issues. Hotel hallways had cigarette smoke smell. Exiting door on groundfloor to parking would not open from outside. Also, parking pass would not work multiple times. Breakfast was good, with hot breakfast options. Checkout was easy.

Good breakfast

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The photos on expedia must be embelished or AI enhanced because the hotel looks nothing like that. It's dirty and run-down; the breakfast was awful - one station of scrambled eggs and sausage that I woudn't touch, cereal and yogurt. I had made a request in the reservation asking not to be put on the ground floor, but that's exactly where they put me. That floor was under renovations with carpet ripped up, wires hanging from ceilings, garbage on the floor. Stay away.

Good breakfast and complimentary parking. Good value for money.

Not the best managed hotel. In the middle of the night they have alarms going off and it does not stop for the whole night. When you ask the staff they have no idea what is happening themselves. I wont be coming back to this hotel.

It’s was okay but they was a fire and we were not informed we just heard the fire alarm goes off and Everyone was trying to evacuate that it

Fire alarm went off three times on our first day. I then received calls in the middle of the night from hotel staff asking for someone who isn’t me, and when I say the middle of the night, I literally mean midnight. Imagine sleeping and hotel staff is calling to ask if this is “John”, how do you not know who’s checked in at your hotel. Another shady thing is when checking in, they have the card swiping machine under their desk out of view, so it’s like you give them your card and you don’t know what’s going on under the desk. And when you check out they dont even confirm if your deposit was released or not.

This hotel was a great choice

I have never in my life seen anything like it. Pills found under our beds alone with spilt coffee and alcohol bottles. Very drugged out and intoxicated people all hours of the night they have a contract with the government to home the homeless. Its really bad. And they would not accommodate us in anyway. We had 5 kids all under the age 6 very scary to say the lease we didn't get to sleep until after 4am
