Not so good

Good location, great price. the room was clean, but the carpet needs a cleaning. The Hallway needs a "refresh" as well. Good price and easy location to use local transportation. Staff was very nice.

Good stop for one night stay after skiing in Alpe d’Huez. Like that their parking lot is private and secured. Breakfast was good and fairly priced. Room was basic. Bed comfy but on the firmer side. Lots of closet space. Shower pressure great.

Quite a long way to the city centre. Need a little refreshment.

Unprofessional staff. I was told off for taking an apple that it was on display and asked to put it back. 15 min before the official check out time (I was in the shower), the staff started to call my room and finally knocked the door to remind me that I had 10 min left #rude. I have never been treated so poorly.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, check in was quick and easy. No hassle. Although it was probably a couple of km from the centre, it was 1/ on the same road, so even if walking (about 40 minutes), you couldn't go wrong and 2/ near the tram stop, so easy to get to the centre. Staff were polite and friendly and answered any questions I had. I could have parked in their car park, but there were spaces available on the side road next to the hotel and there were no problems with that either. All in all, a good base to discover Grenoble.

I would say the Kyriad is a fairly basic hotel and does not have the greatest of amenities (car park being a really difficult space to use). The interior of the rooms is looking a little dated and service is a little slow due to staff numbers. Having said that it does represent good value for money, the rates for the rooms are low (you do get what you pay for), it is located at the end of a tram stop so it is also quick and easy to get into the town centre. The staff are very friendly and despite having a very small and tight car park, it is secure. We used the hotel as an overnight stop on a trip to the South of France and it was perfect for our needs, with the additional benefit of after leaving by car within 15 minutes you are into some of the most stunning scenery in Europe

Hotel is older but was clean. Staff was friendly and prompt.

Ok hotel for one night stay. Room was fine. Non-descript neighborhood. Parking was easy. But I couldn't find a descent place nearby for dinner.

Good stop over -wouldn’t want to stop here for more than one night as quite basic. Good location for access to city centre - very close to tram stop. Breakfast was fresh and good and plentiful .Beds clean but decoration of rooms need a make over soon and a deep clean needed in bathroom

This is an older downtown hotel in the small city of Grenoble. We arrived on a motorcycle in a driving rainstorm soaked to the skin. The check-in was friendly and quick. They have gated parking, but not many spots. It was full. But as with all Euro hotels, they let you park a bike wherever you can find room for it, so it was okay. Room is average; on the small side. Bathroom is refurbished and typical. Good breakfast, but not exceptional. I'd stay there again, no problem.

Typical Kyriad, not bad, decent rooms. Only downside, bit far out of Grenoble - good 30 minute walk to the center although the tram outside is an option....

Room was adequate and in a reasonable location. Clean but basic.

Slowest wifi i have ever used. Had to keep my door open to use wifi. Nice beds.

Nice little hotel. No luxury, but had everything I needed - clean rooms, free wifi, TV... The only downside was the neighbourhood - as soon as I parked the car near the hotel past midnight, I was approached by a lady offering her services. Nevertheless, overall I was left with a positive impression.

nice, well presented hotel, good size clean room, would happily stay here again
