The lady at the front desk in the mornings is so friendly and fun to talk to.

Clean room, extreme noise

The rooms are not as advertised! Called front desk to request refund immediately upon check in or different room. Chair was dirty, shower only had rain head, staff stated no other showerheads in any rooms, but pictures show otherwise. Would not issue any refund. Crappy stay!

Beach overlook was great. Bed was not nice it was a platform style with no box was loud when you moved and not super comfortable. Everything was beautiful really wish we could have gotten there sooner for some of amenties. Look forward to booking again sometime.

So many hidden fees! When we checked in they added a cover fee like all hotels but they never refunded me

Pool was nice but the beach view i had was real nice.

The view was beautiful but the room needs some updating. The ac was so loud it was hard to fall asleep and when i finally would fall asleep it would kick on during the night and wake me up. It was so loud that when i wanted to sit in the balcony to listen to the ocean i would have to turn it off or i couldn't hear it. I was awoken on my first morning there at 8 by pounding and discovered by asking front desk that there was carpet installation going on two floors above me. Not very relaxing start to my vacation

Overall we had a really good time. Rooms were clean and had a great view of the ocean. Only bad thing for the rooms is the walls are really thin and you can hear everything in the hall and next door rooms. Both outdoor bars and restaurant were closed. Was really looking to go to the grotto bar but that didn’t happen. Most of the staff was helpful and food was good. Drinks were not the best and overpriced but there are local places with really good drinks.

Clean, friendly staff, beach view, pool, bar. This was our second time coming back and we will return soon!

Staff was very attentive and nice. Beach building was dated but clean. Breakfast buffet is standard “hot hotel buffet” with only one drink allowed. Location is okay.

I made a reservation because they said it was a buffet! But it was a lie!

Everyone was wonderfully nice. Breakfast was amazing and the front lobby smelled delightful! For some reason we were given a room made for those in a wheelchair. It was a little annoying but not enough to warrant changing rooms. Overall, 5 stars 🌟!

Excellent Cabana bar next to the beach . Music is excellent and bar drinks .
