Room had a musty smell. Bathroom tile grout was black, had to keep door closed to help with the smell in the room. Air conditioner temp sensor didn’t work properly, which left only two options ‘on’ at the coldest setting or off. Clock was broken, couldn’t keep time. May 2025

It was fine for what we needed. However, the hot tub and pool area looked nasty. I was hoping to relax. I didn’t think I should get in the water. Breakfast was okay and they kept it well-stocked. However, when they added the hot foods, the food was only lukewarm.

Clean, things worked, breakfast good. Industrial area around motel so nothing scenic but right next to road.

The beds are pretty awful. The place is in rough shape.

The electrical outlets that were connected to the lamps on each side of the bed didn’t work, The comforter had a stain, and the carpet was bunching up at certain places in the room that were nowhere near wall. Bed and pillows were comfy though, and all I really needed to use the room for was to sleep. Breakfast in the morning was good; Eggs, sausage, and waffles.

Quick overnight stay, but the place was clean and comfortable. A great deal.

The staff was friendly and seemed to care about their job. It was a very welcoming environment. Everything was clean and well maintained. My only thing I didn't like was there wasn't enough staff to be able to send someone up to my room with a plunger. I did not like having to go to the front desk to get it and walk it back to my room. It felt like an embarrassing walk of shame. 😅

The breakfast was really good! The hot tub needs a cleaning! The pool was ok The room could use an update the walls had chipped paint in a couple spots The mattress will mame ur back hurt.

We were there on vacation. When we arrived to thecroom we could tell it had not been updated for years 10 + . We were to stay 4 days and on the 2nd day i inquired about leaving the next day and the young lady said it was no problem. The next day the lady at the front desk couldn't even check us out! She said we had to wait till the manager got there. When he did get there he said we couldn't check out early without 24hrs notice and we said we did tell the young lady the day before . He said we had to pay and go through hotels. Com to get our money. He refused to talk to us after that. I will never stay at another comfort inn again!!!

Front desk was helpful and very accommodating. Located in more of an industrial area so a little worried. Room was clean

Nice breakfast and beds were comfortable.

The lobby, breakfast area, pool, exercise room, and staff were excellent. The room was old, in need of deep cleaning (furniture was not moved to vacuum), and had a wet dog smell. The bed was not too bad. The carpet in the room was not good, badly stained. Remember, you get what you pay for.

I was looking forward to the pool and hot tub, but they were so run down and dirty looking that I didn’t want to enter the water. I was disappointed with our check-in experience. After waiting about 10 minutes because there were two couples in front of us, the employee announced what room we were in. As two females traveling alone with men standing behind us in line, this did not make me feel safe. Then he handed me somebody else’s drivers license. The walls were very thin in our room, and we could hear our neighbors and the people in the hall, but the beds were comfortable, and their room was clean.

It was a nice place to stay.

Need to pay attention for breakfast. Some people including myself the trays were empty with no food in them

This hotal was clean, well kept up. Staff was helpful. Easy access to highway.
