Room was great. Easy access off highway. Breakfast was pretty good

The breakfast was good so far. The Muffins are tasty and fresh. Two kind of jam are not many to choose from. Our first room felt like a basement with really small windows, so i wonder where the second escape route would be. Fortunately the staff was so kind and gave us a different room were we felt comfortable. Check In and out was easy and a pleasant experience.

I loved their breakfast as it has lots of options. I loved the welcome note on the TV screen. Made us feel really welcomed. The only thing I don't like is that, I have to ask for more towels and shampoo. We're 5 in a room but they only put 2 sets of towels, Other than that, staff were accommodating of our request. We had a great time.

We stayed at the Best Western Plus Pitt Meadows recently and unfortunately left with a pretty negative impression. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell as soon as we walked in, and the bathroom didn’t seem to have proper exhaust ventilation, so any moisture or odors just lingered. It made the whole space feel stale and uncomfortable. What really ruined the night, though, were the fire alarms. They went off twice in the middle of the night, fully waking us up and making it hard to get back to sleep. Even if they were false alarms, it felt chaotic and added to an overall sense of not being able to relax. On top of that, the room felt noisy and a bit insecure. You could clearly see and access the road from outside, and with the noise and lack of privacy, it didn’t feel very restful or safe, especially late at night. The staff themselves were okay, polite and trying to help but the core issues with the room and the building (smell, ventilation, alarms, noise) overshadowed that. For the price, we expected much better and probably won’t be back unless these problems are addressed.

Staff was friendly and courteous. The continental breakfast was very good, The room was great and clean. I will join the Best Western club card and consider first from now on. Thanks BW.

Staff were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Rooms are well kept and comfortable. just a note:... Except for staff, I don't usually give 5/5 stars because no matter how excellent the work ... there's always room to grow

Clean room, great bed, location was perfect for us. The breakfast wasn’t much to talk about, but then again they seldom are.

We found the room cleaning not so great….our bathroom sink was totally plugged and absolutely gross when we got there ……beds were not changed the 4 nights we stayed ….vacuuming not done …our crumbs were still on the carpet and running your finger along the top of the headboard produced a finger full of dust ….it seemed they did the absolute basic go over but nothing over and above …

We fully enjoyed our stay. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The pool was clean and so much fun! The breakfast was also great, pancakes were a hit!

Good place to stay on our way to Alaska.

Our room smelled like wet dog, we were right beside the pool entrance on the 1st floor, could hear everyone talking at the pool until past 10 pm they were right outside our window so no privacy. Very busy hallway ice machine also right outside our door, we could hear all the dogs, people walk past, grab ice late hours and early hours in the morning, was not a very restful night, Bathroom seemed ok, but there was mold in the shower and around the sink, our room did not look like the pictures provided online. Breakfast was very good, i just feel like we had a run down room that perhaps is used when people have pets, but we did not.

Room was clean, renovated and quiet, even it is not far from the highway. The pool was nice and clean, my son really enjoyed it
