AC was very noisy, when the room temperature is satisfied the fan would start knocking like it was hitting the fan shroud. Brought the issue to the staff the morning and she knew about the problem and stated that the part was on order. Tub draining very slow, when done showing the water level was 3”. Room was very dark and the switch by the door does not work with any light. The desk light was not working. Breakfast was good.

Very run down. Microwave didnt work, crack in the ceiling, hole in bathroom door, you have to be at least 6 ft tall to adjust the shower head, dirty/stained blanket on bed, waffle batter was empty, no elevator, pool area chairs were full of dust. When i started to share some of my concerns during checkout, I was told the housekeeper had 28 rooms to clean that day.

We had a really good time. Wish they would of had steps to go down into the pool. They was all very nice and gave us fresh towels etc every day. Ty to the staff for also providing a step stool to 1 of us could use get up in the bed as they are tall beds.

We were trying to find a reasonably priced hotel on our way home from vacation. The reviews made it sound 👌 The extremely nice clerk made sure we had a room by my son. The stairs to the 2nd floor were pretty dirty but that happens. When we got into our room the carpet was dirty also. Then both of the bedspreads were stained. So we put those on the floor. Then I pulled the sheets back and sure enough they were stained. That doesn't make anyone feel to good.. I can tell this is a older hotel and needs a little tlc. It was definitely a little pricey for the condition. The very sweet & helpful clerk, I wish I could remember her name was definitely the gem in this hotel.

It was evident when we walked in the building that another guest was smoking. The smell was awful. Parking lot has a huge pothole near the front entrance. Wife said something in the room made her eye swell up. Room was small, but manageable for a one night stay. Probably wouldn't stay here if we needed a multiple night stay.

comfort, location, website, reservation process, price and service, great. Swimming pool water, excellent, my kids had a lot of fun in there. Room size a little bit small for my expectations.

Quiet and nearby a lot of restaurants and across from the Walmart. Had to ask for towels every time we went to the pool and breakfast was lackluster. Clean enough room. Very ndarrow.

We arrived after the pool had closed for the day. The attendant offered to open the pool early the next day to allow more time to play before checkout. She made my kid’s day with this generous offer.

Everything is in good condition. There’s not much to do around here.

Room smelled like a pet room

Property was fine. Room was very clean. Toilet was not mounted to floor properly and rocked and moved, but easy to ignore. Breakfast was fine. Only complaint was during breakfast morning manager was on phone with someone and she was roaming around front area very loudly talking on phone about bookwork issue. Very distracting while our family was trying to discuss plans for the morning. I think those discussions should be in an office away from guests. Employees were great and helpful. Overall stay was fine. Thanks!

The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the kids enjoyed the little pool.

Hotel was clean and room was comfortable. However, they did put us in a room right next to the stairs, and this room was a little noisy and smaller than other rooms. There was plenty of other open rooms
