Nice comfortable property

There were dead bugs by the air conditioners in the hallways. The room itself was clean enough. The pool was big but old and the basketball needed to be inflated. It was an alright place to sleep but if it had been daylight when we arrived we would have cancelled and found a different place to stay in Chamberlin.

The hotel was clean & had good breakfast options. We received clean towels daily & it was overall a good weekend stay. The only issue I would look into for the manager is it’s extremely hot in the pool area. Not sure if it’s an AC thing but a fan would be nice in there at least.

Young man a check in was great. It is clean, but very old with musty smell in hallways and rooms. Nothing has been updated.

Bed was comfortable, limited food options. Room was clean but smelled a bit musty. Air conditioner was so loud we had to turn it completely off, the adjustment levels weren't working!

Staff accommodating; ok stay; rooms could use some updating and deep cleaning.

Bathroom was exceptionally clean. Room specious and a very comfortable bed. Having a refrigerator was an unexpected bonus.

This is a good 2 star property. No frills, basic room. Breakfast was pleasant. Could use some upgrades. Air conditioning was loud and didn't work well in our room or the hallways.

Check-in was easy with very friendly people. Beds were comfy and clean. The pool and hot tub was enjoyable and very clean very neat tipping buckets for kids. The rooms could use an update but all and all it’s a nice place that felt comfortable and safe. The price was a little more but with a breakfast and pool/hottub area, it was worth it. Breakfast was eggs,biscuits & gravy, waffle maker, juice and bagel/toast, cereal. Nice views of lake and hills!

It was just a one night stop over, but the room smelled heavily of cigarettes. It was clean however. We checked in by children. The boy who took our information and gave us out key card couldn't have been older than 12 with 3 other younger siblings behind the counter with him. Very sketchy. I would have been extremely upset if this was our destination but we booked it last minute and i was too tired to care at that point.

The pictures are better than what it appeared in person. We were checked in by a child that charged my card for all parties that I made a reservation for rather than allowing us to pay seperate.

The owners were very friendly. You can see they work hard to make the place nice. Not fancy or newer but not yucky or smelly or anything like that. comfortable beds. Breakfast was pretty good

Front desk staff was courteous and professional. The hot tub and pool were in great condition. Both were very clean and enjoyable.

This is a family run hotel. The owners were helpful when my key card wasn't working correctly and remedied the situation. The rooms and property appears to need some minor repairs and updates. My hotel room was clean and it was quiet.
