HORRIBLE! Establishment needs to be shut down immediately. Shower curtain had extensive mold. Holes throughout the walls. Soda machine took my money had to fight with ownership about refunding $1.50 for a can soda. Health department needs to be notified. Damn shame.

Only two hand towels. No bath towels. No wash cloth. Soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty. Checked in late and was required to leave a twenty dollar deposit for no apparent reason since my credit card was required at check in and there was nothing in my room to purchase.

The front desk could not make a decision. Threadbare towels, no cups in the room, no breakfast despite being advertised, people sleeping in a van in the parking lot, the room pictures do not match the room.

Go to the motel room and check in had to pay a $60 security deposit and open the room go to the bathroom and find roaches climbing on the wall the room was very clean but having insects I even look to make sure they with no bed bugs

When choose this property, it advertised free breakfast. In morning i asked for breakfast and was only given a granola bar to eat. Thank God i don't drink coffee because there was a gentleman next to me and found none, and it was only 7:50 am in the morning. Just terrible.

I recently stayed at the Super 8 Hotel in Hampton, Virginia, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon check-in, I was required to pay a $20 deposit, which was said to be a hold and would be released 24 hours after check-out. However, it actually took about a week to get the deposit back. The room itself had several issues: there were bugs, only one set of towels, no trashcan, and no toiletries. The attendant was very rude and showed no empathy regarding our concerns. Additionally, not only was there a $20 charge, but extra keys cost $2 each. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to the poor conditions and lack of customer service.

The room was filthy, pot smoke in building. Very noisy, other consumers yelling in hallway at 3:30 AM. No breakfast, no coffee. Terrible stay in Hampton Virginia.
