Nice personnel

Have stayed there numerous times and always enjoyed the experience. Staff is courteous and friendly, helpful and polite. Love the self service waffle station at breakfast. Will definitely stay again

Microwave didnt work, freezer didnt work, breakfast was terrible, noone was every at the front desk, had do not disturb on the door and housekeeping tried to enter. Rooms were dirty and stunk same as hallways. Beds were awful to sleep in

sheets dirty and hair on them toilet had poop clumps,wash cloths stained mud all over carpet

I did not stay there after I seen the stains on the towels and the sheets on the beds had big stains. I left and found a different hotel.

The sheets were crisp and clean, but the floors and tables were not. Missing bolt meant the shower handle didn’t want to stay on. Steps leading to second floor were filthy.

Dead bug in bathroom. Paper thin sheets on hard bed. White towels and bedding with stains. No staff in lobby after 10pm.

We ended up not staying because it was such a sketchy looking place. We tried to get a refund but they would not give one. Scary, crappy Super 8!

No breakfast as stated

Cigarette burn holes in the comforter. Towels were stained. Walls are in need of painting due to stains.

The staff and manager very friendly rooms clean. All in all 10 out of a 10

1. Wi-Fi wasn’t working on 2nd floor so tv wasn’t available 2. Hallway lighting was dim 3. Room lighting limited to one lamp and the room Was dim. I have glaucoma and good lighting is a safety feature for me 4. No elevator

I had reservations for 3 days, paid for 3 days, stayed only 2 but didn't qualify for a refund because I didn't get the insurance. The lampshade was crunched, towels were stained. The ad said they had a fitness room, they did not. The soda machine was locked after 10PM in the office area, never did find the ice machine. At 9:30 AM, a guy came knocking to clean the room, checkout is at 11AM.

The air conditioner/heater would not switch from the air conditioner to the heater and it wouldn't shut off. We finally had to unplug it. The tub was peeling and the faucet in the sink was leaking. There was no microwave in the room.

Room did not look like it was cleaned between guest. Brown stains on towels. Handle to shower fell off. Yellow stains on bed sheets.

The room was filthy. Stains all over the walls and bedding. Wouldn't recomend this hotel to anyone.

Always had to wait and ask to be able to get any breakfast items.

Outside doors were locked closest to the room. It had snowed and none of the sidewalks had been cleared. Sink was stopped up, the radiator clanked all night -- something wasn't working right. Only one tiny trash can which didn't hold the trash from a one night stay. Debris under the bathroom sink.

I arrived at the hotel at 10:35PM and the front desk area was locked. A note on the door said the front desk closed at 10pm. I was never notified about this ahead of time. I tried multiple times to use the phone on the wall but nobody answered. I also tried to contact Super 8 Customer Service hotline but nobody answered that either. I would like a refund for the night I was unable to even be able to stay at the hotel I booked.
