The room was modern, clean and comfortable.

Free parking, huge parking lot. I stayed in the King Suite which was a lovely room, very spacious. The bathroom had a huge soaker tub with jets, big enough to fit 2 people. One downside was the TV channels in my room weren't working, they were unable to fix it, but they did offer me complimentary breakfast and a late checkout for the inconvenience

It’s a good experience for a short period of time — it has a nice, relaxing vibe.

Our experience at the hotel was disappointing overall. Upon arrival, we struggled to find a proper place to park our vehicle, which was frustrating after a long trip. The reception staff were noticeably indifferent and unhelpful, which set a negative tone from the start. Finding our room was unnecessarily difficult due to poor signage and guidance. The room itself felt like it was assigned as a last option—located in a corner, giving the impression that it was one of the least desirable rooms remaining. The bathroom floor was particularly problematic. The tile work appeared poorly designed, lacking basic functionality and comfort, which made using the space inconvenient. Breakfast service was another letdown. The staff behaved in a way that made us feel unwelcome, almost as if we were being rushed to finish quickly and leave. This created a very uncomfortable dining experience. The only positive aspect of our stay was the housekeeping staff, who were polite, helpful, and professional. The 2-point rating is solely due to their efforts. Overall, the hotel did not live up to its name or expectations. It felt like a below-average experience, and unfortunately, I would not recommend it.

This was a terrible experience! Upon checking in, we were directed to the York Tower. I even asked to double check as the Richmond tower was a lot closer. I was travelling with two small children, and we went to the far tower and tried to find our room number, walking through the hallways twice without success. We went back to the check-in desk, and the same agent then said that he made a mistake and we were indeed supposed to be in the Richmond tower. He was smirking and tried to make light of the situation instead of being sincere about an apology. Once we arrived at the room, we discovered the shower was not working properly. Ultimately, we had to call the front desk for help. They assured us a maintenance staff was on their way but we waited closer to 30 minutes. They were not apologetic in any way and declined to make a switch or upgrade to our room despite the very negative experience. Altogether, this was a very unpleasant experience. The bedding was not great. The bathroom was not well designed so water spilled easily from the shower. In the morning, we could hear staff speaking loudly in the hallway. Parking lot was very chaotic as well. There are lots of other options of hotels in the area. It is unlikely we will ever be back to this Sheraton again! :(

Breakfast buffet got to it around 10am. It was all cold. I get it we were a little late. However I still paid full price.

I love staying at Sheridan. I had a little problem understanding the lady at front desk and I had to pay for water for 3 dollars and change that I did not know was not free water. I also ended up paying 285 for my stay and gave them an additional 250 as security. They sent someone to check the room before I left before giving me back my security deposit. Not sure I would stay there again but I would not say don't go there. Otherwise it is a lovely place in terms of decor

The room was spotless and it was a beautiful room, but unfortunately, we had to leave after being there an hour for a family emergency. Staff were great
