The second we walked into the room it had a odd smell. The carpet and furniture in the room where sticky. Also there was so much noise from the halls and adjacent rooms. Kids running up and down the halls, pounding on our door mind you it was over 10 pm. I thought things would quite down but it never did and after midnight we decided to leave. We had been woken up multiple times from the other guests who were only there to party. Overall I was so disappointed I didn't read the Google reviews bc if I had I wouldnt have ever stayed at this hotel. We did notify the front desk but not much was done. If you are looking for a relaxing experience DO NOT stay here unless you are looking to party you will fit right in.

Stopped into this Days Inn for a night while visiting Jersey, and was very pleased with the room and the atmosphere of the establishment. Check in was quick as was check out. Rooms are spacious and clean. Would stay again!

The woman serving the breakfast was rude and ignored me several times. The staff on the front desk were robotic, no interaction skills at all, almost to the point of rude.

Not all televisions as listed on the station card were available. At one point reception was so blotched, nothing could be watched. Bedside light did not work. Worst part was that on Saturday night for hours people ran up and down the halls whooping and hollering. Woke us up three different times in the night. At one point, they couldn't remember their room number and knocked on different doors. Not a good scene!!! Also didn't like that the fifty dollar deposit wasn't immediately refunded back to our credit card after bill was paid.

Refused to give us extra towels. Only 2 towels in room. Used container of shampoo left for us in room. Booked double room. One of the rooms had 1 double bed and 1 king bed and bathroom in between beds. Not the type of room we booked. I reserved 5 room under my name. We were all over the 3rd floor. Saturday night entire 3rd floor (non-smoking) smelled of marijuana coming from a room in the 305 area. Staff didn't care.

It was fine. Some of the details, like the tissue box cover was broken, the clock didn't work, things like that but over all it was pretty good. My main issue is with Hotel.com because the listing said it was 15.78 miles from Milford PA and it was actually 56 miles. I added a photo. This cost me a lot time traveling that was not necessary.

My recent stay at the Days Inn in Allentown, Pennsylvania, was extremely disappointing. The room was not very clean upon arrival, and for a party of four in a double-bed room, we were only provided with three very small towels. They quickly became unusable during our two-day stay. When I saw a housekeeping staff member outside, I politely asked for two extra towels so I could bathe my young son. She refused, saying she would bring them to the room instead. I explained I needed them immediately to shower, but she still declined. I’m not sure if there was a language barrier, but regardless, she never came back with the towels. After waiting 20 minutes, I had no choice but to reuse a dirty towel. When we returned to the room seven hours later, not only had the room not been cleaned, but we still had no fresh towels. I had to go to the front desk to request them again, and although they finally gave me some, the overall experience was frustrating and unacceptable. This was my first and definitely last time staying at this Days Inn location. I would not recommend it to anyone.
