TV in room 229 needs to be replaced. Maintenance told me there's nothing that could be done as the hotel was booked solid. 10 minutes later they said theh could move me to another room. After settling in to the 2nd room, 219, i realized that room butted up against the elevators. It was constant rumbling and shaking. I opted to go back to the 1st room. Next, i asked if the refrigerators in the rooms have a freezer. I have ice packs that i'd need to be frozen. One desk clerk said i could bring them to the desk to be put in a freezer they had. When i did that, the 2nd desk clerk said they don't take guests items for "storage". Lastly, overnight, in the wide-open, unlit parking lot, which is unattended, there were 15 vehicles broken into. Luckily, i was not affected. Not sure if I'll stay in this location again.

Staff was very kind, personable and kind! Room was clean and everything worked sufficiently. Cleaning staff was also great and so was breakfast!

The property needs to be updated.

This hotel was a 10/10! The rooms were nice and clean but what made the experience awesome was the amazing staff! They were so nice and super welcoming. Their breakfast was really good and they also had a pool which the kids got to enjoy. It was hard to find a hotel with free parking but this hotel had it so it checked off all my boxes. If im ever in the area again I will definitely be staying in this hotel again.

The room was small and the first thing I saw when I walked into the bathroom was a roach on the floor that I had to step on and clean up. Then the toilet was stopped up. The front desk staff was friendly enough, but I was not impressed with the property.

Great dtaff

This is a fine hotel. The service staff is. Friendly and professional. The hotel is a convenient location to downtown and quick access to I85. Breakfast fare was plentiful with a variety of options ranging from eggs, sausage, yogurt, hot and cold cereal and seasonal fruit.

The managers and staff were awesome?

A lot of things in the room were in poor condition like the shower door, trim on the sink, and the carpet, but the room was exactly what we needed and parking was easy and free! Across the street from a target and a QT, excellent location!

It was fine. It was definitely an older property and could go for a few upgrades.

The room size was fantastic! The staff was very nice and professional and the location was very convenient to the interstate, and restaurants. Will definitely recommend!

The staff was helpful and courteous at all times. I had an issue with the shower head and the staff moved me to a different room immediately

The staff were nice and there’s a good amount of shopping places near the hotel.

Lots of atores and restaurants. I did not like how to gwt to the hotel.

One of the best part of my vacation was my stay here. Free parking,friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast every morning. The beds were super comfortable, and it’s only 20 minutes to the airport and about 10 minutes to downtown Atlanta, so the location was great! I would definitely recommend anyone who was coming to Atlanta to stay here.

The counter attendants were very helpful. The morning breakfast food and service were excellent. I booked three rooms, Suites. I didn't hear any complaints from the other two rooms. I did have a few issues with the room. Water drained from the tube slowly. Several lights were not working in the bathroom. I had to go to the main desk to get my fresh towels. We cleaned our room for 5 days. Both elevators were dirty. Overall, we really enjoyed stay there and will stay again.
