Under the beds it was extremely dusty with crisps etc from what seemed to be a while ago. No bedside lamps only the spotlights with 1 switch. Not ideal since it was a family suite with 2 beds considering we had young children who slept earlier than us. No mirror outside the bathroom. No cleaning service on a Sunday. Very dusty. Unfortunately will not use this hotel again.

Very good food clean rooms

Grat Hotel, super friendly staff. Room was good. Could have done with a fridge in room but that is extra for a superior deluxe room which I was surprised as most hotels have fridge in rooms. Apart from that it was a very pleasant stay will definitely stay again.

Staff all friendly. Breakfast nice, would have liked a fried egg. Rooms spacious and clean. Plenty of parking. Fan in room very dirty, needs a good thorough clean. Good that there was an iron and ironing board in the room. Did not like that there were only tall chairs in the bar, as I am not a very tall person I struggle to get on them and found them uncomfortable. Good selection of good and drinks in the bar, reasonable prices. Would definitely stay again.

The roof was very large and well equipped and the spa and pool were lovely. Breakfast was a bit sparse when we arrived and we had to wait for hot food to be brought out and pastries to be replenished.

Our stay was very comfortable i would definitely say it would’ve have been better if we had a fridge or mini fridge in the room . Overall it was really nice

Booked a double room and was given a twin room. I contacted the front desk, and the staff were not helpful at all. Air con broken; no fan in the room. Having to pay for parking is always very disappointing; it should be stated up front to allow people to make an informed choice of hotels, with a clear total cost of the stay; this never used to be the case. All the money they are making from charging people, I would have thought they would have at least invested in making the car better Shame the hotel and staff used to be a lot better.

We managed to get a good price deal so this hotel was excellent value for money. The room was large but the bed squeaked when you moved. The bathroom was clean but tatty.. cracked tiles and chipped door paint. The public area corridors need a lick of paint and the carpets to be cleaned. Breakfast was excellent value for money. We purchased the night before. A great range of nicely presented food and drink,

The location is very convenient to Brands Hatch (obviously) but also to a variety of other local attractions. Staff were pleasant and helpful with one in particular being exceptional, Leah. The room was OK though the bathroom was in need of some attention, over bath shower screen needed attention as it leaked, and the mirror was unusually high up the wall so that my average height partner had difficulty using it vanity unit also unusually high. Generally, cleanliness was good throughout the property. Restaurant was clean, staff OK though could have been more attentive (example they would deliver fresh drinks but not remove empty glasses unless prompted), varied food styles menu and of a reasonable standard.

I paid for a room with Air condition. They gave same a room with heater only. I complained and was moved to another room. The bathroom was horrible. For the amount of money paid for 2 days, this hotel is disappointing

Breakfast was cold, frozen or undercooked. The bool area and facilities were lovely and the staff were kind and helpful except at breakfast. The dinner was sublime! The rooms were a little run down and although the hotel can clearly supply aircon, they didn't. Over all it was an okay stay.

Hotel really nice and staff helpful. Had a major water leak from the shower jn the bathroom. Reported it to reception in the morning and returned from a day out in the evening to find it hadn't been sorted. Staff helped and then upgraded our room. A bit of a pain packing again but upgraded room well worth the hassle. Lovely pool and spa area. 3 bars and restaurants though each night we could only find one open. Excellent for brands hatch.
