Lovely hotel with great facilities

Great location, room was clean and spacious, Staff were amazing and helpful. Bar staff were amazing great to sit and have a chat with while having a drink.

Very handy for seafront, the pier and The Lanes. Made use of the swimming pool, which was nice, but steam room was very crowded so did not use. The picture shown when we booked the room had a sea view, but in fact we overlooked the town hall building (?). Not sure how you ensure a sea view. As it was very gray and misty it didn't matter much.

The Leonardo Royal Hotel Beachfront in Brighton offers a fantastic stay with beautiful sea views and modern, comfortable rooms. Its convenient location near the beach and city attractions is perfect for visitors. We enjoyed the friendly service and relaxing facilities, making it an excellent choice for our trip

My second stay here and equally as good as the first . Perfect location. Everything clean and tidy. Staff always good . No negatives from me .

Nice hotel, beach view room was lovely and very spacious and the view of the sea (once the mist cleared) was great to wake up to.

Hotel is in an ideal location, we used the swimming pool which was good fun with our 1yr old. The staff were amazing when our child was suddenly sick in the night. Their staff cleaned our whole room, changed beds and gave extra towels and sheets; they were so helpful we appreciated it. Breakfast is really nice too and easy to help yourself

My first room was not so nice. Smelt of damp and had a really dreary view. Location perfect, I should’ve been given a nicer room at no extra cost but had to pay £25 to upgrade C’est La Vie. Some staff were lovely and some didn’t seem to quite be as caring. The lift smelt of urine that needs to be addressed.

Nice room, could do with more charging points, nice coffee machine Very comfortable beds and pillows, good shower and nice to have a bath too even if it was a little bit small! Friendly staff will definitely stay again

The hotel was very comfortable. I liked the large atrium. It made the hotel feel spacious and generous. The room was fine but too hot. Even with the air conditioning it was impossible to get it cold enough for me to sleep.

Very comfortable stay. Clean and spacious room. Lovely breakfast buffet. Helpful and friendly staff. The pool was an added bonus - fab when quiet but not so when busy.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Car park was a lot more expensive than anticipated.

Room was clean and nice enough, reception staff friendly however one of the lifts weren’t working, breakfast was poor and wasn’t restocked properly and they were clearly understaffed. Lots of tables were free but they were full of plates and half eaten food/no cutlery etc so there was nowhere to sit. Health club staff didn’t seem very friendly, pool was really cloudy (not sure why which concerned me a little) and the layout was strange (having to walk though the gym to get to the pool) surprised there hasn’t been any accidents in the past from gym members slipping on the wet floor.
