Cet endroit a besoin d’entretien, mais surtout de ménage. Les corridors ne sont pas propres, des bouteilles vides traînent un peu partout, les toilettes du vestibule étaient vraiment sales et peu invitantes.

This should be 0 star hotel, 1960 style decor, cracked bathroom sinks, a couch without springs you sink to the floor, carpets that haven't been cleaned in years. Way overpriced for a room.

Room was clean . Staff helpful . Breakfast was good .Excellent parking. I enjoyed my stay . I liked that it was close to the airport .

I wasn’t able to travel but when I called Expedia Agency, I explained what have happened so they called over there on my behalf and I’ve actually got a refund back. Because I couldn’t fly out during Forrest fire

Went to book in and headed to the room … I left and did not stay

Good: - Clean room, decent breakfast, good parking, good beds. - Good for accommodating a big family and resting after a long trip. Bad: - The pool was closed; the hot water was basically room temperature instead of warm/hot. - The hallway in front of entrance E was dirty, including food waste and water leaking from the ice machine.

Overall a decent stay. The exterior was a little run down, but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The cold shower in the morning due to lack of hot water makes a positive review not possible though.

Front desk is liar when I checked in asking me about my credit card telling that it will not be charge unless there is damages, refuse to give receipt but they charged me $100 extra from my reservation (front desk at 4pm on July 10, 2026). Don't trust front desk at all. Room smells terrible, tv does not work properly, door locks not closing properly, too dusty around the table and carpet is dirty, microwave not working. Strongly not recommending to stay in this hotel.

The room smelled damp and mildewy, the amenities were extremely outdated. The staff member was extremely helpful with cancelling and reimbursing our stay almost immediately because we did not feel safe staying at this hotel.

Hallway smelled like pee. Pool was drained and hot tub were drained. Dont let the photos fool you, what was once a nice hotel has gone down hill.

The should be security that would ask any unusual persons if they need any help. And more lights around the building. Peoples safety is very important

We stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Thunder Bay for one night while passing through with our family on our way to Alberta. The hotel is simple and nothing fancy, but it was comfortable, and it served its purpose as a convenient stop for the night. The check-in was smooth. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
