Very clean and great breakfast

Staff are not friendly. Sub-par hotel. Breakfast is typical hotel food but nothing special at all.

Was just driving through Barrie and wanted a place overnight. Reasonably priced, decent clean room, good breakfast, heated pool, great staff.

Staff were amazing and very helpful! Room was clean and the breakfast was a great deal. I just wished the toasted was faster so it wasnmt holding up the line. Still a decent place to stay at ☺️

Lack of amenities, needs disposable slippers, breakfast was not that good

There were quite a few things that were disappointing, but here are the main ones: - I stayed 2 nights. My room wasn't serviced at all during the day between. - Breakfast was cold (especially the eggs) and not adequately stocked (3 slices of bread when I was there at 8am). - Wifi went out on the second night.

Good location, restaurants and stores close by, soooo much snow, parking lot was full and kind of challenging to get around to find a spot.

The room was clean and the staff was curteous & helpful.

The fan in the bathroom was broken and we only had 3 pillows for a couple along side its smells strange other then that the staff was wonderful

Clean and staff was great

The staff was great the room had the smallest tv and food around the microwave and some splatter on a picture on the wall.

The most awful, confusing and inconsistent check in process. It felt ok for the check-in staff to show at the door at midnight to claim a problem that never existed. Terrible and inefficient at every turn.
