Dirty, noisy, roaches in the room

I drove 5hrs to find out my reservation was canceled. I asked why was it canceled the front desk clerk stated they had no rooms. I asked why. She said they had a fire 2-3 days and the sprinkler system ruined rooms. Although I was in town for leisure I had to find another area to stay at last minute. Had they emailed or called to notify my cancellation of the room it would’ve been so bad. Poor communication

Bugs

This is by far the worst experience being displaced out of my home because of a fire. The fire alarm went off last night around 12:00 a.m. I went to the front desk. Me and my daughter ran out of the room. Frantically down stairs to the front desk clerk, and she calmed exclaimed this was NORMAL and I repeat. She repeated that this happens all the time. This is nothing we are8 used to. As if it was a laughing matter I'm requesting a refund please.

Had to speak to 5 different people to get an answer about early check in. Everything was broken, including the microwave. All of the complimentary dishes were dirty. Trash in the hallways and everywhere outside. Fire alarm randomly going off late at night with no urgency to turn it off. Would never stay here again.

Refused to let me get an additional room for my family. Finally relented after i begged them but insisted i had to leave tomorrow

Checked out after our first day. Room was dirty, curtain ripped, hallway and rooms smelled bad. We found food in our fridge, I told the front desk and got a garbage bag and placed the food in it and put it outside our room. When management came the next day they told me I have no proof of the food being in the Fridge. I use to love staying at this property but it went straight down hill.

The place was not clean

the room smells like someone had smoked here. clean and convenient . Breakfast was limited and closed at 9

There was a group in the parking lot screamingat each other and people hanging in the doorway to watch, ant covered old chicken wings on the ground at the entrance, curtains and dust ruffle stained with who knows what...

The EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional assistant manager of this motel canceled my reservation without telling me and without reason. I traveled two hundred miles only to find this HORRIBLE MOTEL refuses to honor EXPEDIA’S CONFIRMATIONS. The hotels smells like an open sewer too and is FILTHY. Expedia should REFUSE to advertise this property and anyone who tries to stay in this DUMP is crazy.
