Loved the beach, several pools, beautiful grounds, friendly, helpful staff, options for activities, great restaurants, clean, comfortable rooms👍👍

staff is nice but not helpful / i could not get my car at the airport so i was hoping they would help me to get one but apart giving me phone numbers with people not answering they could not help - not even taxis - they give you list of numbers and that’s it - only one staff number tried to help me the next issue is the activities - they do not offer day trips except boat or kayak trips to the inlet facing the resort this hotel is located in a very remote area so they have to offer day trips and activities it is very important then the next issue is the palmas restaurant kitchen and service / this is so so slow they call it beach time the room cleaning service is excellent rooms are nice and clean but very old particularly the bathrooms the room views on the garden are beautiful particularly if you are ground floor the pools are good except the fact it’s hard to get towels (for some reasons they are always in the dryer ) the beach is beautiful but careful this if a very closed bay so water soil is very very muddy like similar to a lake again the view is very beautiful so you can spend days by the pools

Friendly service and beautiful grounds, comfortable clean rooms , great pools and beach. All you could ask for in a family vacation!

Staff and room was fantastic. Internet was down for the week which meant we had to get a staff member to unlock the room. Food service of restaurant seemed slow and overwelmed. Enjoyed remote and quiet location. Resort was large and not crowded. Check reviews of the second restaurant.

I wish we would have found this place sooner… I would have stayed a few days longer… beautiful place!

Only place we stay in Puerto Rico. Great staff, views, clean, relaxed, bar and restaurant. All right on a fabulous beach just a few feet from your door.

Copamarina resort is exceptional, not luxurious but exactly what we needed. The beach water in front of the hotel is not as transparent but you just need to walk a few steps to the Caña Gorda public beach and the water quality is amazing.

Beautiful Hotel!!! Safe, clean, great amenities and excellent staff. My only complaint is the amount of time you need to wait for a table during breakfast.
