The hotel is going through major renovation and the gym and the pool were closed as well. I wish this was disclosed upon booking. I could not rest in my room at all due to the construction noise from above. I would not have stayed here if I knew.

Great place. Worth it!

Four seasons has consistently superior service. The rooms are a bit outdated but very comfortable, clean and quiet. The hotel is under going renovations so I assume the rooms Will be exceptional once completed. The courtyard and dining options are excellent. Staff truly go above and beyond.

I had the worst allergies in the room because of the carpet and dust. Our lights and black dust around the lantern covers. The rooms are definitely run down and I don’t think it’s worth 1k a night. There’s better newer hotels in Mexico City you can stay at for half the cost. Service here was also mid which I wasn’t expecting for a four seasons

Public space is nice, along the lines of what you would expect at Four Seasons. Similar experience at check in/out. The rooms I found to be 3/4 star. Bathroom felt almost cheap. Furniture needs upgrading - cabinet drawers didn’t work properly, desk had wobbly legs. Unremarkable overall.

Great stay. However, I found UBER "Black"much less expensive than hotel transportation option for trips during our stay.

The hotel is great, elegant, beautiful. The food delicious. I have just to concenrs: they want me to move to another room even when by email I asked the hotel not, and my second day I needed to ask for the room cleaning service.

El día que teníamos el evento por el que fuimos a México llegamos al hotel, eran las 5pm y todavía no habían hecho la habitación por lo cual ya no pudimos ni descansar ni bañarnos ya que nuestro taxi nos recogería a las 6 y la habitación estuvo lista a las 5:35 Cuando fue a la recepción lo único que me ofrecieron fue que nos podían dar un café de cortesía???? En serio???? Al día siguiente en el bar un extranjero nos platicó que cuándo llegó el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y que los cambiaron de cuarto y les ofrecieron los desayunos gratis durante toda su estancia y a nosotros por ser mexicanos un café???? No seamos malinchistas y tratemos a todos por igual Además en un hotel en donde estás pagando $800 dólares por noche esperas que tu habitación la limpien en la mañana y si no contraten a más personal
