Paid breakfast in advance but server tried to charge almost every day claiming his system didn’t show breakfast as paid, false advertising about a terrace restaurant, they don’t, food is bad anyway it looks they serve breakfast leftovers, two Uber drivers tried to steal my luggage.

To my standard i had a very good experience very clean and quiet place everything u need is available

We were in town to visit friends, and the hotel room price was reasonable for the quality of the property. The food was excellent - especially the daily breakfast buffet. The variety and quality of food items were amazing at a reasonable price. The entire staff were very attentive - the reception desk at check in and check out, the restaurant servers, and housekeeping all were excellent.

The hotel is very old, the drains in the bathroom make the rooms smell very bad and it is not a 4-star hotel, barley 3

The AC wasn’t as good as it should be but I was able to sleep so it was ok.

This hotel is located at a very convenient location, there's a plaza (mall)withing walking distance, safe taxi nearby 24/7, there's always someone at reception that speaks English. The restaurant inside Crown Plaza gives you countless options for great eating and room service is the best. Casa de toño (restaurant) is also another choice should you want to just walk 5 minutes. There's a lounge with bar with a very relaxing atmosphere. At this time they do not have a pool. That would have been a great amenity to include. Overall great service. The tipping habit has almost disappeared. I tipped the few staff members that helped me and I noticed they were so grateful for it.

Good hotel

Comfortable stay in Mexico City. Near a plaza and good places to eat makes it a plus.

The shower was spacious with good water pressure and a nice showerhead. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. There is a large shopping mall less than a block away with banks, restaurants, stores, and a theater. One thing I didn't like was that when I arrived it was very late at night (after a delayed flight and lengthy check-out with America Rental Car) and the hotel appeared closed. All of the lights were out and there was no sign on the door to tell late arriving guests how to contact staff for check-in. It turns out they were there but I didn't figure that out until literally trying to force the door open hoping to set off an alarm and attract either security or police. I attracted the former who let me in and I was able to check in without any problem. A simple sign would have been helpful though.

The hotel is really old and looks dated. I supposed that 30 years ago it was a great big hotel but now it just looks just like a cheap old motel. The staff is great.

The customer service was wonderful. Everybody was very professional and attentive. I would definitely come back the next time I’m in Tlalnepantla.
